Good location. Near to main tourist attractions and Victoria Station was also close by. Easy to reach the the location. And overall everything was fine except a little cleaning issue and the stairs.
The bathroom was a little unclean as I saw a few strands of hair in the shower. The kitchen hob was induction and there were only 2 utensils that worked on the hob. And the dishes were also not properly washed. And there was no lift so we had to carry our luggage to 3rd Floor which was difficult.
