It was small but cozy, had everything we needed

The property was in a good location. The staff were brilliant and available to help when I called up and the cleaners instantly got me a replacement hairdryer as the one in the apartment was not working. The room was a nice size and the shower was really good.
The bed wasn’t clean enough. There were a lot of hairs on it when I had just arrived and it was very late so I wanted to get straight to sleep! The blinds didn’t completely blackout the room and a lot of light from the landing was coming through the gaps in the door. I did my best to cover as much up as I could. But better blinds or curtains could be installed to help get better sleep.

Excelente ubicación. A 20 metros del bus, a 10 min a pie del metro que te conecta con todos los lugares más turísticos o para hacer combinaciones.
Una zona muy tranquila y el departamento estaba muy lindo. Bien equipado y nuevo.
La atención del personal es simplemente MAGNÍFICA !!

Location close to Paddington station
The walk with two large bags at the top of the Building was so stressful not clear when booking , bed too soft not fit for two people shower only fits if you are a slim fit also goes cold in few minutes , the room looks very small from the pictures shown also mentioned that toiletries are free but it’s not also if you want fresh towels if it’s under 6days it’s $15 pounds talking about safety Been harassed multiple males not really safe if you wanna walk out on your own if you a woman can hear every thing what’s happening in the other rooms as well not recommend at all worst experience in London ever from room to location
