Location excellent. Organisation/admin excellent - very clear communication of location, access, security codes etc. Very easy to speak to someone (I hadn't seen an email with code access details - people on end of phone at 10 at night happy to help resolve). Also, stayed on one of the hottest nights of the year and room (all rooms) had a new, well functioning fan to help cool it down. Much appreciated. All amenities in kitchen - fridge and freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, hob etc all looked new and worked great. Will definitely stay here again when travelling to London for work/pleasure.
Only slight downside for me was my suite was at the top of the building (four flights of stairs) - would ask for one on a lower floor in future bookings. Also found the TV programming a bit difficult to navigate but this wasn't really an issue.

Einfacher Zugang mit Code-Schloss.
Bett war bequem aber zu klein.
Kleine, gut ausgestattete Küchenzeile.
Zimmer war ganz anders als auf den Bildern. Der erste Eindruck war leider sehr enttäuschend.
Zu kleines Bett für zwei Erwachsene.
Keine Ablageflächen (Tisch, Kommode, Regale).
Zimmer an sich sehr nüchtern. Keine Deko/Bilder.
Es war extrem hellhörig. Wenig Straßenlärm, dafür viel Lärm im Haus.
An der Decke leuchtete Tag und Nacht ein grünes Licht, welches Nachts sehr störend war.
