Easy access to London, great to have use of kitchen and wash machine.
Bit untidy, outside was messy, kitchen not so clean, no fan in the heat of summer. Basement flat so could hear upstairs moving around.

Thin walls, you can hear people in other rooms talking and their mobile notifications/vibrations sounds.
