Location is great. With basic facilities for travellers.
No air-conditioning in a hot wave summer. The floor makes noise when people walk. The water pressure of the shower in the first floor is too weak.

Perfect location right near Euston, all the rooms we saw looked clean. The fan in the room was very welcome to help with the heat.

The location was excellent, being very handy to Euston Station. A great pub and restaurants a few doors away.
The shower worked well, with plenty of hot water.
The room was extremely small, with little space to put luggage.
The bed was wedged between 3 walls, which made getting in and out of the bed only from the foot end, very awkward.
The private bathroom was adequate, but needed a working fan for ventilation, and needed a towel rail, or 2.
The trains could be heard all night long, but not so loud that they kept you awake.
The room did not appear to be serviced while we were there, for 3 nights, so there was no way of getting a clean towel if required.
