Very convenient location, next to Euston. Clean bathrooms and kitchen. I was thankful for the fan in the summer. When expressed concert about something in the house and it was looked after immediately.
It is decent for its price. Very warm in the summer. There was a room with something like a boiler-heater on my floor which emanated heat. It got taken care of asap, but the configuration didn't feel safe in a way.

Two minutes from Euston station and some restaurants. Room was clean and ok for a short stay. Well equipped kitchen.
The room was smaller than expected and had only a tiny window. Shower was clogged (hopefully fixed by now).

Estaba muy bien ubicado, el chico muy amable nos ayudó con un par de problemas. La habitación tal cual lo descrito.
Como era ola de calor hacía mucha calor en la casa es normal ya que las casas están acondicionadas para el frío no para el calor.

I am giving only positive about location. It was ok for 2 nights as I as looking for this area. I was so happy to leave this place.
It is expensive for what you get. Rooms are very small without windows, air conditioning very poor in those rooms. It was very hot as well. Walls needed some painting. Towels smell bad. Bedding was ripped and not the cleanest.
