Beds were very comfortable and the room was clean.
No air conditioning, but fan did help. We thought the traffic noise might have been a problem but it proved not to be the case.

The host communicated how to get into the property clearly. The sheets were clean, there was a shared bathroom also very clean, and free WiFi which is always a bonus.
There were lost of things I’d say disqualifies the room from being a ‘modern’ bedroom. There are crusty filled in bits on the ceiling, a few stains, the furniture (a drawer I think) was missing knobs and is outdated. We did try to contact the host at one point with a question via the provided phone number and they did not answer.
