StayPrime Fitzrovia Serviced Apartments

Location and cleanliness were spot on

Maybe better quality pillows?

Very clean and comfortable little apartment in a great location. No reception, but the hosts called when I needed help and were great on the phone.

I found the lockbox for the basement apartment was a little confusing as I wasn't exactly sure where the basement was (obvious when you know). The apartment was great, but the steps are incredibly steep and slippery when wet. If you have any fear of falling or mobility issues, or large or heavy luggage I wouldn't book this space. Great apartment otherwise.

We had a great experience! The accommodation was very clean, and everything looked brand new. The amenities were very practical and made our stay much more comfortable. I thought it was a lovely touch that the host provided coffee and tea. Our room was in the basement, but that actually worked out well because it was very quiet, especially since there was construction work going on in the street. The location was wonderful! We could walk to almost everywhere, and when we needed public transportation, buses and the metro were very easy to access.

Clean and modern

You don’t get to pick the apartment - it’s allocated - I wouldn’t have chosen a small cramped basement apartment.
