A beautiful room with a private garden

Everything was absolutely wonderful and perfect! I felt right at home, especially thanks to Jose, the owner, who is such a lovely and wonderful person. He made the whole experience even more special. The location is excellent, in a lovely and peaceful neighbourhood, and the room was beautiful, with a huge and incredibly comfortable bed. Everything was spotlessly clean and perfectly taken care of. I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better stay. I will definitely be coming back here the next time I visit London. Highly recommended!

Very cozy room, private outside area, very quiet with no noise, very central to Vauxhall station and the Thames. Lovely clean bathroom and amenities, Jose made me feel more than welcome using the kitchen

Friends did have to walk me 2 minutes from the station at night time to feel safe, wouldn’t do it solo at night

Cleanliness, comfort, host & outside terrace as nice extra in the summertime!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay. The host Jose was incredibly kind, welcoming and genuinely one of the best hosts we’ve ever met. He made us feel at home from the moment we arrived and was always happy to help. The room was spotless, cozy and very comfortable, making it easy to relax after a day of exploring London. The private garden was a real highlight, peaceful, beautifully maintained and the perfect place to unwind. The location couldn’t have been better, with everything we needed within easy reach. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting London.
