طريقة الدخول كانت بدائية جداً مفتاح تجده في صندوق صغير في مكان ما في الشارع ولم نكن نعلم عن ذلك ولم يتم توضيح طريقة الدخول بشكل واضح، لقد بقينا امام الشقة ساعة كاملة لا نعرف كيفية الدخول. ولم يكن هناك سرعة في الاستجابة على الرسائل بل كان الأمر يستغرق عدة ساعات للرد على الرسائل.

There were a few pretty minor plumbing issues in the bathroom: the sink faucet was very loose - didn't affect usage, but you will want to get this fixed. No issues with hot water, but the faucet on the tub/shower is stuck at one water temperature - pretty hot. You will also want to fix this. Kitchen was missing a few things I am used to seeing in similar rentals in the US: no hot pads for the oven, no paper toweling, no spices, not even salt and pepper.

The location was perfect as close to all the areas we needed to get to in London . Nice bright and clean and comfortable bed .

A few more accessories for cooking in the kitchen would have been great

Location and Apartment area , The price is good compared to others.

- Check out is at 10 am and their wasn't cooperative in postponing the check out even for a minute. - - The way of collecting the a keys is very primitive (we had difficulty identifying the location of the keys which was in a small lock box attached to the fence close to the residence. I suggest an electronic lock be installed instead. - - The apartment was on the first floor and this wasn't mentioned in the reservation details (as one of the family members have a difficult to use the stairs) -- apartment's location was excellent due to its proximity to many important places, there was constant noise at night and in the morning from cars and some maintenance work on the street. - - Although the apartment is old, its condition is good, but its had abad distribution , as the bedrooms are at the front of the apartment, then the kitchen and then the living room. one of the bedrooms does not have a closet for clothes, we were forced to hang clothes behind the doors.
