9 / 10Outstanding·Oct 2026
The room had everything I needed, including extra towels and bedding, a hairdryer and an iron. I was also pleasantly surprised to find shampoo and shower gel provided, as I hadn't seen toiletries mentioned and had brought my own. Overall, everything was absolutely fine for me. I mainly needed somewhere to sleep and have a shower, and for that purpose, it was perfect. The location was really excellent. I'd happily stay again. Thank you for having me and see you next time!
The only downside was that the carpets could have been cleaner. If they are difficult to keep clean, perhaps less carpeting would be better.

Great location, very clean & modern.

Very good location for traveling in and around London. good local amenities.
Keypad doors for your selected room access was abit of a nightmare due to positioning and size of numbers. Sometimes hard to gain access at times. Bathroom was good. However very small and shower pressure isn’t great.

Good location - easy checking
Although the location was great and check-in was very easy, I would add a few tiny touches to make it even more inviting. Perhaps some extra glassware in the kitchen, and relocating the fire extinguisher from in front of the fridge to a more discreet spot would be better.
