The small studio was clean. Not much for shopping but the nearby Co-op was handy. ***There was no communication either with a hard copy note in studio or with messaging thru app. We were counting on WiFi as noted in amenities but never got a user name or password the entire 2 days we were there. I messaged the host multiple times with no reply- ever. The flat itself was very warm & stuffy and the fan was only minimally helpful. Beds were small as described. The kitchen is NOT well stocked. Bare minimum in terms of dishes and no dish towel or paper towels to dry or clean up. Salt & pepper & soap were the only included items. (No laundry detergent, no dryer). The flat is on ground floor located on a somewhat busy/noisy street and we had to open the screenless windows to get the air moving. (Which meant flies.) There were no checkout notes other than to be out by 10:00 and shut the door. I read the conditions in the checkin note on the Vrbo app which said we would only get "issues" addressed if we messaged the host during our stay. We tried to share our concerns about no Wifi Information, the broken lampshade, wall clock with dead battery, flies (no fly swatter) and so on. We were very disappointed to never get a reply after many tries to message the host. I'm disappointed that all this happened given the fact it says "premier host" and the ratings seemed high. Unfortunately, we did not have a great experience and are discouraged about the lack of communication...even now.
