INACTIVE Huge 1 Bed Sleeps 4 De Lux Soho Fitzrovia Suite

The location is great, you get instantly into Regent street or Oxford street, very close to Oxford station. The street is very nice, clean, with some pubs that give life to the neighbourhood, without being noisy. The main room is very nice, with two sash-windows giving a nice street view. You have almost all you need. Having to leave late in the evening, the host let us leave our luggage there, after our check-out.

The bathroom is the main issue: it consists of two totally separate rooms! the toilet itself, which is smaller than an airplane toilet, is halfway on the staircase! The bathroom is another tiny space, where you have a small sink and a minuscule shower. Also, on the wall near the sink you have the only european wall socket in the apartment, that we hardly discoverd in our second day. There is no adaptor at your disposal. The tv was not working (I hope the host fixed it by now). The bedroom is a tiny room with a bed (comfortable, otherwise) and a mirror.

Location is great and convenient, very clean and tidy, kitchen and bathrooms well equipped, shower has good pressure, some of the communication was good from hosts, good fan in the living room as it was hot weather, bedroom was cool and comfortable, property was self contained and not part of an apartment block which was lovely and private, noise level was fairly good considering the busy area, good value for money overall.

Our sofa bed was not made up upon arrival despite booking for 3 guests. The tv did not work regardless of our best efforts and our message regarding this to the host did not deliver on WhatsApp. The fan in the bedroom was very small and did not work well. The sofa bed was not comfortable and my partner had a very bad back the following day. Bedding was clean but mismatched and some pillows were very lumpy.
