Smells of dampness, cleanliness of beds, suspected bedbug infestation as mentioned by a guest in the guestbook (August 2025) - offers coffee but only one capsule... property that does not seem to be visited often by its owners The photos are several years old, so you could be misled. The owner systematically asks for your ID, but does not provide an invoice (for accounting purposes). We finally decided not to spend the night there and opted for a hotel chain (aparthotel). Extremely clean and great location. Close enough to walk into town if you want to and a small express supermarket is a 10 minute walk.

Worst accommodation ever had

The most disgusting place i have ever stayed in, and i have been to more than 40 countries so far. A place full of dampness and a horrible stench. The smell was mainly from the dampness but even more disgusting was the fact that it smelled like cat urine - there were a few cats in the yard and someone probably forgot one of them locked up in the house. In one of the rooms, the bed was dirty with blood stains and it smelled terribly intensive of cat urine everywhere. In the other it smelled of dampness and cigarette smoke. We had to go wash our clothes when we got to the next accommodation because both we and our clothes smelled bad. The toilet upstairs from the bedrooms floor has no toilet and at night you have to go down to the toilet downstairs, which only has a toilet and no sink. The parquet creaks terribly and you can't help but wake up the others at night. Everything is very poorly maintained and made of poor quality materials - although it is arranged as in the pictures - the pictures were probably taken a very long time ago. The floor downstairs was completely wet and full of dump, from where i expect the smell source and you can imagine what’s under the carpets. After a few days of staying here, my wife and I both started to have eczema and itching on our skin!!! The yard outside is miserable and definitely not a place to relax. My hotel shoes had to be disposed after two days here, as it became disgusting dirty. A horrible experience! And we are not the ones to get ‘impressed’ with ease… Do yourself a favor and book something else, even if it’s 10-20€ more per night…

Rhis property grossly misrepresented in description

Nothing really the experience was traumatic due to the very poor description of the property and lack of flexibility.

You are allocated a check in time with a code. If you are one minute early you will not gain entry. The worst is if you arrive one minute past 22:00 the code no longer works you need to contact the owner for a new code and you also need a code to checkout. We decided to checkout early one day early and had to wait 4 hours for a code to return the keys before we could leave. All these conditions were the reason we left one day early when travelling the are times when you are delayed The garden was disgustingone bedroom floor creaked and made so much noise when walkingon it. The stairs upto the bedrooms are not suitable for young children. The advertise car access was so small you could only fit a Fiat 500 in also the concrete in the driveway was broken and uneven. As this 1.9 klm from Orlean city centre, l think the people likely to book this accommodation would have a car.lf you have a car l strongly advise against booking the venue. l am a level 3 genius and have made more than 120 reservations on this platform globaly. l am not very happy abot writing this review however l do not want any other travellers to endure such a nightmare

Was ok for a stop gap for us was a comfortable nights sleep and had everything that was needed.

Our 2 night stay in orleans was a great location for a stop over on route to south of France. Was within walking distance of city center. It had everything you needed.

The parking isn’t any good if you have a long car due to the bump in the middle of the gated parking, you can park on drive and it gets caught on the car so we had to park on the street. We personally felt that it could of been a little cleaner too , upon arrival there were hairs over the bathroom floor which we had to clean and the sofa and flooring downstairs were also in need of a good going over.

Hygiene could be better ,a lot of semi broken furniture. Beds either too hard or too soft. Leather couche was sticky. Bathroom beyond repair. Stairs are painted black which caused a sore foot. One day stay is ok if your standards aren't that high but for us not a day longer.

Excellent spacious comfortable home

Excellent accommodation with all required amenities provided, and all comforts too. The owner is very responsive and helpful. I very much enjoyed staying here and highly recommend it. It is a couple of kilometres from the centre of Orleans, but there are good transport options for those who do not have a car.

Staircase is very steep. The front door opens directly onto a street with a bus route along it.

Maison à déconseiller

Rien.

Maison sale et toute moisie. De l'humidité partout, même les lits étaient humides et matelas hors d'âge et taché . Je deconseille de venir avec des enfants dans cette maison. Une odeur émanant de la cuisine vraiment horrible, nous obligeant de bien fermer toutes les portes. Le chauffage en bas ne chauffait pas, et celui d'une des chambres ne fonctionnait pas faute de télécommande. Le canapé en tissus semble sortir d'une décharge et celui en espèce de cuir est collant et poisseux. Pour le parking il faut une mini voiture pour y rentrer. Les photos sur le site ne correspondent en rien au réel. Elles ont du être prises il y a bien longtemps. Sur l'arrière de la maison nous avons trouvé 2 grosses bonbonnes de protoxyde d'azote vides et devant la porte d'entrée un sachet vide de drogue.cette maison est sûrement adaptée à des personnes souhaitant braver les interdits. Les photos sur le site sont mensongères. Je regrette d'avoir dépensé autant d'argent dans cette maison où nous n'avons pu que dormir, et encore, car nous nous n'y pouvions pas rester pour en profiter la journée. Je pense que le site booking.com ne se doute sûrement pas de l'état de dégradations de la maison. Je ne peux malheureusement mettre que 4 photos mais jen ai bien plus. Pour finir je ne recommande pas cette maison.

Appartement d'une saleté indescriptible avec de la moisissure dans toutes les pièces. Nous sommes parties dès le lendemain de la première nuit et avons demandé un remboursement complet. Nous avons été remboursés seulement d'un tiers par le propriétaire et réfléchissons a déposé une plainte pour l'état d'insalubrité des lieux. La réaction de la propriétaire n'a été à aucun moment à la hauteur de la situation malheureusement. Booking nous a promis en outre un remboursement de 68€ que nous n'avons toujours pas reçu donc Booking non plus a été à la hauteur de la situation. Énormément déçu pour un voyage de Noël pour visiter notre famille qui a tourné a la catastrophe...

Une odeur d’urine insupportable vous prend à la gorge quand vous entrez dans la maison, on ne sait pas si c’est un chien ou quelqu’un qui a urine dans l’entrée ou si c’est un problème de canalisation des toilettes de l’entrée mais ce n’est pas admissible Pas de lave mains dans les toilettes ni à proximité Pas de miroir de pied dans les chambres ni ailleurs Il n’y a pas de verrou dans la salle de bain On ne peut pas accrocher sa serviette On peut pas accrocher son gant de toilette À l’ouverture des tiroirs, c’est tout sale Les serviettes sont tachées Les tapis salles pleins de cheveux, de poils et de poussière Tache suspecte sur les draps Chaque pas dans la chambre fais trembler toute la maison Tasse cassée Humidité et moisissure sur les murs qui rendent l’air de la chambre désagréables La télécommande de télévision ne marche pas, les piles sont tellement mortes qu’on dirait que quelqu’un a mordu dedans Bouteille d'alcool et bonbonne de gaz pour se droguer dans la cours. On a vraiment peur de partager un lien qui a été "habité" par des dealer avant!!! Enfin je tiens à préciser que nous n'avons rien demandé à notre hôte en compensation et aurions du lire les commentaires des précédents clients qui confirme bien notre ressenti. Dobre wyposażenie aneksu kuchennego

Obiekt brudny. Dywan i sofa z plamami. W całym domu nieznośny smród pleśni. Strasznie zakurzone żyrandole. W jednej sypialni jak spałam, coś odleciało spod łóżka 🙈Z okna kuchni rzeczywiście jest widok na ogród, ale ten ogród wyglada jak po wojnie. Brak możliwości zaparkowania auta, gdyż wjazd na podwórko jest bardzo wąski. Ulica także wąska, a miejsca parkingowe wszystkie zajęte.

Mooi huis op goeie locatie, maar aantal details aan te passen

Zeer gestructureerd proces voor ontvangst met duidelijke en vriendelijke communicatie. Het huis op zich is perfect qua grootte voor een kort verblijf en beschikt over alle faciliteiten. Locatie is eigenlijk perfect als je de drukte van het centrum wil vermijden en toch nog op wandelafstand (20 minuutjes). De bedden zijn wat smal, maar we hebben heerlijk geslapen.

Bepaalde ruimtes kunnen wel wat opfrissing gebruiken. Had ook de indruk dat 1 van de zetels door vorige bezoekers vuil is achtergelaten en daardoor een iets minder hygiënisch gevoel. Wanneer je iets gedetailleerder kijkt viel ons ook op dat draden los hangen op het kastje in badkamer en zelfs een open stopcontact in 1 van de slaapkamers. Toch een puntje om aan te pakken qua veiligheid. De oprit met parkeerplaats is een leuke toevoeging, maar onze auto was te breed - hangt dus af met welke wagen je rijdt.

Een dag voor aankomst overstelpt met berichten van de host, over alle regels vh huis. Benadrukt werd het huis in perfecte staat achter te laten. Dan mag je ook een perfecte staat verwachten. Echter het huis ruikt ontzettend muf, alsof er veel vocht is met schimmels. Bedden beschermd met een laag plastic waardoor je het bed uit zweet. Vloeren plakken. Stofnesten op de trap. Helaas ook voor maar 1 nachtje een onvoldoende!!!!

El alojamiento esta bien, su anfitrión no.

- El Toilete se encuentra en el primer piso y las habitaciones en el segundo. Para ir al baño en la noche hay que bajar la escaleras. Peligroso y molesto.El segundo piso solo tiene ducha y lavatorio. - El toilet no tiene para lavarse las manos - El estacionamiento era realmente pequeño, nuestro Hyundai Santa Fe no cabía, es para un auto realmente pequeño. - El Anfitrión es el peor anfitrión que he conocido en mi vida, viajamos a Orleans con mi Sra y nuestros dos hijos de 11 y 8, llevamos 3 meses viajando por Europa en distintos lugares y el host Maria Luise creo sinceramente que tiene algún problema (se lo que digo, soy super host en Airbnb) Habían pedazos de vidrio en la alfombra del living, se lo comenté y no nos creyó, nos juzgó si acaso estábamos buscando suciedad con Lupa. También se nos tapó el baño, nos dijo que no había sopapo pero además cuestionó que se nos hubiera tapado sugiriendo que había sido culpa nuestra. -La publicación ofreció una TV en el dormitorio principal y otro en el living, el del dormitorio no estaba, cuando lo pedimos nos dijeron que sencillamente ya no estaba, que otros invitados lo habían roto. Tuvimos comunicación previa a la llegada con el anfitrión y nunca nos dijo nada y cuando lo exigimos no se complicaron en lo más mínimo y nos respondieron que no reemplazarían el TV. - El anfitrión Maria Luise es muy mal educada, arrogante y soberbia.

In allen Räumen starrte der Dreck. Insbesondere in den Ecken, Schränken und Badezimmer sowie die Toilette. Defekte und fehlende Schalter. Steckdosenleiste stand im Wasser (Pfütze im Wohnzimmer). Diverse Schäden an Wänden und Möbeln. Im Lüfter waren Spinnweben und Dreck. Im Waschbecken war der Überlauf verdreckt und verkalkt. Wir haben diverse Photos gemacht. Wären wir nicht auf die Räumlichkeiten angewiesen gewesen ( berufliche Videokonferenz), so wären wir umgehend ausgezogen.
