Not the best location in Lyon

The apartment is spacious and broadly equipped. It is on the last floor so there's plenty of light.

The neighborhood does not feel secure. Certain groups gather around the streets that surround the neighbourhood, you can see people yelling and shouting. We've not had any bad experience but we made sure to get home before dark. Be cautious with the host; one day before my arrival I was asked to deposit 400€ security deposit. After we left the host claimed that there is a damage of 150€ and extra cleaning will be required which costs 40€, a total of 190€. Though I refused they are trying to collect this amoıunt from my credit card. I highly recommend that you refuse the deposit and ask the landlord to be there when you're leaving the apartment to avoid further conflict. This deposit is not mentioned anywhere on booking website.

The safety deposit is a bit high, but the manager is nice to manually release it within 5 days

Dirty and rude staff.

The balcony was extremely dirty and when we contacted the manager about it they were no help. We asked for a partial refund and the manager threatened to report us. All in all very disappointing.

Everything was fine. We are sure that we will choose the same place next time we come.

It was great that the house had a large area. Being on the top floor ensures that there is no noise. You can see the green area from the front window and balcony. The kitchen had everything we needed. We got quick answers to our questions.

It would be nice if the key was located higher off the ground :)

A Lione non bisogna andare in auto

La comodità della posizione con la fermata della metro piuttosto vicina, la luminosità dell' appartamento, la dimensione del soggiorno.

I continui messaggi da parte dello staff, la richiesta del deposito cauzionale di 600 Euro che riavremo indietro tra non meno di 15 giorni. Il grande disagio di non poter parcheggiare in zona poiché molto ma molto costoso per i non residenti ( circa 50 euro al giorno) e nonostante ci siano molti posti per parcheggiare.
