Nice district and building and good view from the balcony. There are two supermarkets in 5-10 minutes by walk. Few minutes to subway/railway/tram stations. The apartment was not big, but there ware enough bed linen and dishes for two people.

The apartment was not fully prepared for occupancy in terms of heating. It was winter, the evening of December 31, and the apartment was 14°C, with no hot water, and the issue was only resolved the next day by noon. The gas heater was displaying an error, and we had no experience in repairing it. The radiators were also cold, but we had to release air from them to make them warm. Of course, it was a big plus that the owners were always in touch and gave us advice, but it was a minus that the apartment was not prepared before, and it took us almost a day to solve this problem.
