Disappointing given potential, needs a good clean

Good location and very spacious

Extremely poor communication, albeit very efficient at asking for a £350 bond. Minimal instructions about arrival and check-out (I had to confirm key arrangements for check out as we hadn’t heard anything prior to 9am) note a team member will meet you. The shower is covered in pink mould, pubic hairs and dirt by the toilet base, stains on sheets, dirty bathmat and questionable towels. The place seemed not to have been cleaned, grimy cupboards and thick dust. Went back to the manager regarding a smashed stove top, broken mirror and the cleanliness because we were worried about our deposit. Was initially told that the service provider had provided photos and it was in ‘perfect’ condition - we’d been at the property for an hour. Then received communication from another number on WhatsApp apologising and offering to come and clean the following day - after some back and forth they didn’t show. Offered to come the following day but we only had one night remaining at that point. It’s a real shame because while it’s quite loud and a little warm, it could be a really great property with a good clean and some decent linens etc.

4인 가족이 프랑스 리옹에서 사용하면 좋을 안전하고 넓은 아파트

프랑스 호텔들은 방이 작고 비싸다는 생각이 있었는데, 이 아파트는 35-40평 정도 되는 큰 사이즈였고, 가격도 합리적이었다고 생각함. 프랑스 주민이 생활하는 일반 아파트에 주인장이 방 하나를 렌트해주는 에어비앤비 형식으로, 전체적으로 조용하고 안전한 느낌이 들었음. 방 2개가 다 컸고 특히 거실과 부엌이 4명 가족이 사용하기 넓은 편이었음. 사용하지는 않았으나 세탁기 건조기 모두 있으며, 주방 기구들도 4인 가족이 요리하기에 충분하도록 갖춰져 있었음. 전체적으로 깨끗함. TV가 크고 넷플릭스 지원됨. 아파트 근처가 전체적으로 안전하고, 숙소 근처에서 버스를 이용하면 4-5정거장 내에 모든 여행지에 갈 수 있음. 내가 만난 직원과 주인장은 모두 친철하였음.

이 아파트를 사용하지 않을 정도로 큰 단점은 아니나, 1. 세면대와 샤워시설이 있는 화장실과 좌변기가 있는 공간이 분리되어 있는데, 좌변기 머리 위에 온수기(보일러)가 있어 공간이 많이 작음. 화장실에 좌변기가 있었다면 좋았을텐데... 4인이 사용하기에 좌변기 1개는 조금 불편했음. 2. 지하에 개별 주차장이 있다는 것은 감사한 일이나, 세대별로 1대만 주차할 수 있도록 독립적으로 구성되어 있고 각 구역마다 잠겨 있었음. 우리의 SUV 차량을 그 안에 넣기가 너무 어려웠음. 주차하고 나면 운전자도 간신히 내일 정도로 작음. 숙소의 크기를 고려했을 때 4-5인 이상이 묵을 것이고, 이용하는 차량도 크기가 클 수 있는데, 주차 공간이 너무 작아서 아쉬웠음. SUV나 승용차보다 큰 차량(밴 등)은 주차가 불가능 할 듯 함. (다른 방법이 있을지도 모르겠으나... ) 3. 온라인으로 모든 사전 처리(사용자 정보제공, 보증금 납부 등)를 하였으나, 아파트 키는 오프라인으로만 받을 수 있음. 도착시간을 미리 알려주면 직원을 만날 수 있으나 아파트에 도착해서 직원을 만날때까지의 세부적인 조율은 WhachApp을 사용하는 것이 좋겠음. 실제로 직원을 만나는 것에 큰 어려움이 없었으나, 로비에서 기다린다는 안내와 달리, 도착하고 10분 정도 밖에서 기다려도 직원이 없어 WhachApp으로 우리의 도착을 다시 알려야 했음. 4. 칼, 가위의 교체가 필요함. 너무 작고 잘리지 않음. 5. 수건을 좀 더 제공해 주었으면 좋겠음. 세탁기가 있지만 세제가 제공되지 않아 사용할 수 없었으므로... 6. 수건, 침대커버, 이불 등이 잘 건조되었으면 좋겠다고 생각함. 건조기에서 며칠 방치된 듯한 느낌이 듦. 7. 침대가 우리에게는 물렁한 느낌이었음. 라텍스 침대였다고 생각됨. 8. 체크인 할 때 만난 직원은 프랑스어만 할 수 있어서 아파트 사용법에 대해 설명 받는 과정에 어려움이 있었음. 아파트 주요 설명서(온수기 사용법, 인덕션 사용법, 쓰레기 배출 방법 등)를 몇가지 대표 언어(불어, 영어, 독일어 등)로 만들어서 아파트 식탁에 배치하는 것이 어떨지 제안함.

Plusieurs détails sont à améliorer

Logement bien situé et très grand qui permet les visites de la ville et les courses facilement à pied. Beaucoup de fenêtres qui une fois fermées sont assez étanches au bruit. Situé au dernier étage, donc pas de voisins au-dessus. Vue correcte du côté de la cour intérieure qui a un espace aménagé. La vue du côté de la rue par-contre est très limitée étant donnée l'étroitesse de celle-ci. Petit balcon dans une des chambres. Grande douche agréable à utiliser. Cuisine relativement bien équipée en vaisselle et chaudrons. Les espaces communs de l'immeuble sont propres et bien entretenus. Petit ascenseur pour deux personnes à la fois.

Accueil très expéditif et sommaire où on ne prend pas la peine de nous expliquer où mettre les poubelles et recyclage. Minimalement, on aurait pu nous dire que l'info se trouve dans le guide remis à l'arrivée. On a fini par trouver, mais qu'est-ce ça donne de faire déplacer une personne pour nous accueillir si elle ne donne même pas les infos de base? Un digicode serait plus efficace pour tout le monde. Propreté insatisfaisante à l'arrivée et de l'équipement était brisé. Une compensation pour le ménage a été offerte et l'appareil brisé a été remplacé 2 jours plus tard. On nous a par-contre menti en prétendant que le bris s'était produit juste avant notre arrivée alors que les autres commentaires le mentionnent plusieurs semaines avant. J'ai dû relancer Booking.com 2 fois avant de finir par avoir le remboursement partiel promis, obtenu plus de 10 jours après le retour. Leur principal concurrent a un service à la clientèle beaucoup plus réactif. Je m'en souviendrai la prochaine fois. Il reste que plusieurs détails laissent à désirer : Matelas déchiré recouvert d'un drap taché. Frigo à la forte odeur nauséabonde. Serviettes qui sentent le moisi. Odeur dans la toilette séparée. Armoires de cuisine pas essuyées... Si on ne nous a pas menti là-dessus aussi, on nous a dit que l'équipe de ménage a été changée et que ça sera mieux dans le futur. Je leur souhaite de se reprendre en mains, car c'est un logement bien situé qui a du potentiel.

Accoglienza diretta del gestore, gentile, che ci ha consegnato le chiavi e mostrato l'appartamento. Appartamento ampio, confortevole e luminoso. Garage privato nell'immobile, gratuito, collegato con ascensore al piano dell'appartamento (quarto). Mezzi pubblici vicini e comodi, soprattutto bus e tram. Cauzione richiesta, ma non addebitata. Il gestore ha ripreso in consegna l'appartamento, cosa gradevole. Ci tornerei e lo consiglio soprattutto a chi viaggia in auto.
