An affordable, spacious, and quiet apartment at a very nice location

-The location is very nice - it's in a quiet neighborhood with supermarkets and fast food restaurants nearby. The Metro is pretty close to the accommodation and the Parc de la Tête d'Or is right next to it. -The apartment was super clean and spacious, the kitchen well-equipped, and there was even a balcony. -The hosts answered my questions quickly. -The pricing was pretty fair.

-The pillows were somewhat uncomfortable - me and friends I traveled with prefer fuller. larger and comfier pillows. -The lighting in the rooms was pretty weak - it felt a little hard to stay for a long time in a lit room in the evenings. -What was the most problematic is that a security deposit (in my case a 500e amount) was required beforehand, without which you cannot get the code to access the keys to the apartment. I didn't see anybody point this out in the reviews beforehand so it was unexpected and I never had to do anything similar with previous bookings. What's more, the security deposit was returned to me only after two follow-ups two days after we left the apartment. Naturally, this made me somewhat anxious during the whole stay as I tried to pay attention to how I use apartment more than usual just so I do not risk my deposit from not being returned because of something small that was left out of place. I understand this is a way for the hosts to have a security plan if something gets damaged, but I hope they find a good workaround for this in the future or at least point it out clearly before people book the place. Everything was alright in the end, but this fact didn't really add to our enjoyment during the stay.

Spacious, well equipped, comfortable bed

No heating as not switched on in complex until end of October. We mentioned to concierge it was a little cool & owner swiftly purchased a stand up column heater for our use. Greatly appreciated 🙏 Located a bit far from Old Lyon

Perfect location and spacious.

Spacious and clean. Had all the equipment you need. It even had games, toys and books for children.

It wasn’t the apartment’s fault. The building had a burst pipe and we didn’t have hot water during the day. We could shower only between 7:30pm and 8:30pm. The apartment management kindly offered a reduction on our stay which I thought was a nice gesture.

Apartamentul a fost extraordinar. Ne am simtit ca acasa. Este dotat cu tot ce trebuie pentru a te confortabil. Bucataria este utilata cu tot ce iti trebuie. Poti sa iti gatesti daca doresti.Gazdele receptive si foarte dragute.Zona linistita. Chec in a fost facut mai devreme decat ora care trebuiExcelent. Multumim.
