Luxurious apartment. 30 mins commute on a tram to the centre. Facilities on your doorstep.
The apartment was spotless, modern and exactly as you see in the photographs. It was across from a tram stop, a 30 minute ride to the city centre, and had local shops nearby. There was a local park for the children to play in and walks. It had everything you would need for a family stay.
I was able to sit out the back of the apartment in a small garden area, accessed through the area for the upstairs apartments and the communal bins. A bonus when the sun is shining and you want a quiet space outside to read your book.
What we didn't realise was at night there were could be times when local adults gathered at the front door of the shop next door, right next to our apartment front door. Thankfully a polite word asking them to keep the noise down was all that it took for them to move slightly, as we had young children trying to sleep.
An information leaflet within the apartment would be helpful, especially on how to work the cooker and the electronic front door lock. However this didn't spoil our stay.

Nice stay in Milan
The apartment was clean and had modern furniture; there was a washing machine, a dishwasher, iron, and a hairdryer
Its location is near the tram station and has good connections with the metro
The communication with the host was very good
We had hand soap in every bathroom and they also provided towels for everyone
All considered, it was a nice apartment since once in Milan, one is not there for the accomodation but the city and its surroundings
The windows were very small and they could not be opened entirely, so it was hard to properly ventilate the rooms, but they did have air conditioning in every room but it was not that hot to use it.
It was also difficult to have some natural light since the windows were that small
As for the cutlery, we did not find any teaspoons; and they had only one knife (a big one, but it would have been handy to also have some small knifes)
We also did not find any shower gel.
The apartment is located near the road, 2 of the rooms are in the basement and there were 2 nights when the noise from de garbage truck woke us up.

La posizione
Non ho potuto fare a meno di dare una valutazione completamente negativa alla struttura.
L’appartamento si compone di un piano terra con bagno, cucina e camera da letto, che risultano in condizioni accettabili.
Tuttavia, al piano seminterrato, dove sono collocate due ulteriori camere da letto, le condizioni sono totalmente inadeguate alla permanenza. Già a metà della scala si percepisce un forte odore di umidità, che diventa insopportabile scendendo nelle stanze.
L’ambiente è privo di finestre, con aria irrespirabile; le lenzuola risultavano umide al tatto; i mobili presentavano evidenti chiazze dovute alla condensa e all’umidità; erano inoltre presenti macchie di muffa sulle pareti.
Ho avvisato di questa situazione inaccettabile all'host, ma la risposta ricevuta è stata solamente che la questione sarebbe stata sottoposta al proprietario.
L'unico riscontro è stato dell'opportunità di lasciare l'appartamento e trovare una situazione alternativa a mie spese, ma non ho trovato nulla nelle vicinanze poiché non avendo mezzo di trasporto avevo bisogno di soggiornare in una struttura vicino al luogo di lavoro.
A causa di tali condizioni, i quattro ospiti sono stati costretti a rinunciare all’utilizzo delle camere del seminterrato, ripiegando sulla camera al piano terra e sul divano in cucina.
Tale esperienza ha comportato un grave disagio, oltre a rappresentare, a mio avviso, una violazione degli standard minimi di abitabilità che dovrebbero essere garantiti in una struttura destinata all’accoglienza turistica.
Ho allegato le foto anche se ovviamente non si può avere modo di dimostrare la fortissima puzza di umidità.

Schimmel, Feuchtigkeit, Gestank, Schmutzig. In einer Lage direkt am Kiosk wo sich Obdachlose aufhalten bis in die Nacht. Die Gegend ist ein Ghetto und direkt an der Straßenbahn die man immer hört

Lokalizacja- bezpośrednio przy ulicy stacja pociągu.
Było czysto, pościelone łóżka, czysto w łazienkach.
W kuchni wszystko, co potrzeba, żeby zrobić śniadanie.

Po przyjeździe brak możliwości odebrania kluczy z boxu- nie chciał się otworzyć. Przyjechaliśmy na 16, weszliśmy do mieszkania ok 19.40 Czekaliśmy na przyjazd menagera, który nie rozmawiał po angielsku, brak zupełny komunikacji
Brak łóżka- rezerwacja na 9 osób potwierdzona, trzy sypialnie oddzielne, z łazienkami- natomiast brak łóżka dla jednej osoby. Łóżko dowiezione z IKEA ok 22- składana dostawka (polówka). Wstawiona w salonie z kuchnią- małe pomieszczenie- nie dało się przejść, kiedy była rozłożona
W dolnych sypialniach- w suterenie- duża wilgotność i zapach z kanalizacji bardzo nieprzyjemny. Ubrania i pościel ciągle wilgotne.

Din 4 aparate de aer condiționat au funcționat doar două. Canapeaua din sufragerie era rupă complet și nu s-a putut dormi pe ea. În camerele din subsol era foarte multă umiditate, mirosea a mucegai și era mucegai pe pereți.
În dormitoarele de jos rămâneai foarte repede fără apă caldă.
Pe gresie era foarte multa mizerie.
