It was a nice stay with my family , we made the place like home .
The place need proper cleaning and air freshener. Toilet and bathroom presentation wasn’t nice and welcoming . The place was great for family of but management need to invest in thoroughly cleaning of property .

House nothing like the reviews on here so unless u mr n Mrs posh want 5 star no wear n tear then I say house yes has it wear and tear but seriously the reviews on here it actually very clean comfortable it old building house so obvs guna have wear n tears not actually best u get 5 star but it clean it comfortable owners are lovely with communication really helpful got everything need like washing machine cooker fridge freezer kettle pan pots plates etc etc lidl about 5 mins walk got local shops bus into main town not far abt 15 mins maybe train st about 20-30 mins walk if walk main town be about an hour ish unless get busses which runs every half hour WiFi is strong in house so good internet connections I would definitely come back again nothing wrong with house apart from wear tear
Not wheelchair accessible my son has small wheelchair he not walkin he only young he got delays so his wheelchair fit ok but if u adult with wheelchair definitely not wheelchair accessible but everything perfect otherwise unless u very fussy aslong it clean n tidy that main thing

As detailed above, we had a booking for "cheerful and modern 3 BDR for 7" from Thursday 8th May until Tuesday 13th May.
I wish to express how disappointed we are with our stay here. Upon arrival, we were initially hit with an underlaying foul odour. We then proceeded to discover the following within the property;
- An accumulation of dirt and debris within the fold out sofa bed, clearly had not been cleaned in a very long time.
- Marks and stains on most of the walls, somewhat resembling water stains and condensation, which leads me to the next discovery.
- Mould absolutely everywhere. The majority of the skirting boards were covered in black mould, there were black mouldy flakes falling out the railings of the shower enclosure along with sever black mould around the silicon and within the enclosure itself. Every single window frame in the property had black mould around the frame or within the windowsill. I can only assume the parts of paint flaking off and peeling from the walls/ceilings in most rooms is due to severe damp within the property. This is a serious health concern for anybody visiting this property.
- The floors although appearing clean, were absolutely filthy. We mopped the floors on the first night and water was BLACK.
- A fairly large sized shard of broken glass just laying on the floor by the cleaning cupboard.
- Dirt, along with hairs and other disgusting looking remnants sat along most of the wall sockets.
- A toenail stuck into the carpet on the stairs.
- The hob in the kitchen did not look fit for purpose in the slightest. Severe staining and burn marks over all the rings.
We have photographic evidence of all this and I would welcome the opportunity to send or upload these to you at the earliest convenience. This form does not have the option for me to upload them.
Overall, we are appalled at the way this property has been looked after and I cannot believe it is legal or at that, even ethical to be letting this property out.
