OK but not great!

Overall, a really disappointing property - just about adequate for one night.

Everywhere was very clean.

There was only cold water available in both showers - no matter how long we left them running for. There was bed in the front bedroom was extremely uncomfortable - really poor mattress quality. There was no cafetière to make real coffee - standard now in most self-catering properties. No matches/lighter provided for candles. There were no clear instructions re: parking, as signs everywhere outside stating parking only for residents with permits, so we had to phone the owner. Sofa in the living room was extremely hard and uncomfortable.

Nice apartment but could be better

Well equipped and nicely decorated.

No toilet rolls in one bathroom and two bedrooms weren’t provided with towels. Needed a good clean, hadn’t been dusted or hoovered for a while it appeared. One of the beds dipped in the middle so spent the night trying to stop us both rolling into the middle. Not a great area but nice once you got inside. Curtains were very sheer so it was light at 4am in the bedroom when the sun came up. Washing machine was half full of dirty smelly water so couldn’t be used. Bathmat hadn’t been washed in how long I don’t know and was wet from previous occupants and also filthy. It was a shame as these are little things that could be easily remedied.

Bedsheets and pillows old with several visible stains house generally dusting, several stains and mould on some walls. Lack of basic supplies like hand soap, bath soap.

The house was clean and well looked after and we were very impressed.

The little finishing touches that made the place homely such as the candles and the coffee tables. The beds were really comfortable too.

Excellent value for money

Spacious accommodation

We had an issue with the bed on the first night but the host very kindly came out to check the problem and we were very happy with the alternative bedroom on the second night.

A pleasant stay

Good location with easy access to the city.

The property was not quite as clean as expected. Heavy dust on table in living room which someone had added some quirky artwork in!! Main bathroom floor not particularly clean in places (clumps of hair in corners) Shower in en suite room not working. Towels provided could have been larger No tea towel provided in kitchen

Perfect spot for Liverpool or Everton match in a quiet area not too far from city center.

The host was super nice who allow us to drop backpack earlier then check-in time. Good location, close to actions (stadiums), restaurants, but not noisy. Nice bar at the corner. The house is spacious with a kitchen good equipped. 2 bathroom is comfortable for larger groups.

Towels were small (we got handtowels and normal towels mixed). Shared Blanket in double-beds, but it was only issue because we were 6 men. We only stayed one night so I guess if we would raise it these issues could be solved easily.

Highly recommend, lovely, spacious property and great host

Excellent host, great communication and accommodated an early check in to the property. Beautiful property with everything needed for a stress free stay. Good location for Anfield stadium and local shops nearby. Would highly recommend and would book this property in the future without hesitation.

the furniture and rooms were laid out beautifully, the house was so clean, so organised and had everything we needed. beautiful place couldn’t recommend it more.
