Very Large 4 bedroom house.
Comfortable beds and plenty of towels.
Large lounge and spacious kitchen diner.
Plenty of street parking.
Located in a quiet area.
Very nice property with a few minor issues, that need resolving.
No hot water or heating, as boiler not on.
We did not want lengthy instructions on how to turn on, just water and heating.
Toilet in en-suite room, pedestal needs refixing to the floor as it is loose.
Main bathroom toilet lid on the floor needs refixing.

Good location for Aintree, spacious, additional bathroom and free parking
Although clean there was a strong smell of cooking in the property. The fan in the bathroom was very noisy when light is switched on which was disruptive during the night.
Difficult to heat up as a large property.
Very uncomfortable sofa.
