It was only hard to get the key because ive never used a key box before! So thats on me 🤣.
Its such a lovely house! I feel like it could do with a repaint! And another big bin for actual rubbish rather than just a recycling bin in the kitchen with loads of little bins!
But apart from that its a very lovely house. Well worth the stay even if we were only in it an hour before we went out.. and only awake in it for an hour when we got back. Its stunning.
Would book this house again in the future.
It was amazing. Like I say the only thing I didnt like was could of done with a fresh lick of paint and maybe some more ornaments on the shelf to stop the echo and fill the room a bit!

A group of 4 of us stayed here overnight after watching the open at Birkdale. The property was great for the price and we even had bedroom each. The place was comfortable with plenty of room, it was clean and had on road parking. The owner even went out of his way after we checked out to send back something my friend had left behind. Thank you so much for a great stay.

Good location for Aintree, spacious, additional bathroom and free parking
Although clean there was a strong smell of cooking in the property. The fan in the bathroom was very noisy when light is switched on which was disruptive during the night.
Difficult to heat up as a large property.
Very uncomfortable sofa.
