Amazing location, comfort and luxury for a group stay

Loved the location, the layout of the villa, the plunge pool is amazing! The rooms are massive and comfortable. Wayne and the team are exceptional, the communication was amazing prior to the stay and he service once we arrived was top notch. We had a fantastic stay.

The shower pressure wasn’t great in the bathrooms but a small price to pay for all the great things in the villa!

Comfortable Villa in a great spot.

Great location and everything was as advertised except for the fourth bed being on a loft. Good amount of space in the rooms and in the living areas and the pool was clean and refreshing. Overall very happy.

Like many villas the tiles around the pool where slippery when wet, but we were just careful.

The villa was clean, serviced daily, great wifi, heaps of facilities for cooking and glass wear, location is amazing - close to restaurants, shopping, beach and bars.

Disappointed with green pool - fixed after several attempts on my last day able to swim, water pressure on shower head, no and sun light through into bedroom windows @6am wake up(no sleep in).

Great location and beds were comfortable

Pool was green when we arrived so owner came an hour later to add chemicals but we were not able to use the pool the day we arrived. Stairs up to bedrooms very step and upper bedroom over lounge room shook when I walked around(I am under 70kg). Taps in bathrooms had filters on them but were filled with algae as was the water container on the misting fan which the owner cleaned when asked. Bathroom towels were well worn and one had a hole when they were replaced after a few days.

Fantastic villa to stay, great location.

Location, villa was great, nice pool to have a dip at any time, 4 bathroom, We will definitely stay again.

Would be nice to have fans in the dining and kitchen area, but was extremely hot when we were there. Stairs need to be treated with caution with 3 of 4 bedrooms up stairs.

location very good. property good for price. quiet. safe. owner very personable and willing to help Internal facilities ass expected'. Was very reasonable accom for 5 people(in our case)

Tv was ordinary - good unit - but near impossible controls - in fact u needed to be a genius to work out. had to get on touch with owner twice to sort out. Cleaner every day pleasant and seemed hard working. Although wife was not happy to find pillow cases weren't changed after being bled on.

Amazing can’t wait to return.

Private, quiet location. Close to shops and restaurants and easy 5 min walk to beach. Rooms and communal areas are spacious. Great plunge pool. Great wifi.suited our family of 6. 3 rooms but 1 room has two separate beds including loft. All rooms have aircon and own bathrooms. The owner is close by to assist if needed. Power failure, sick person, husband got locked out. Nothing was an issue.

The stairs to bedrooms are very steep. Not ideal for young children or elderly. Although 1 bedroom on the ground floor.

Loved relaxing in last of 3 properties, whilst in Bali for two weeks.

We loved the location, along with the space inside the property. The Owner was simply amazing and so accommodating, in regards to allowing late check out, due to later flight. Premises was always tidy and had everything we needed.

We didn't like having to go home, also the stairs were a little steep, but nobody had any accidents. Just no rules in Bali, in regards to construction.

absolutely amazing.. I picked an amazing villa

everything.. the location was amazing, villa really clean and tidy, rooms are big and spacious.. pool was clean. villa owner Wayne was close by and attended anything we needed. I locked myself out of my room 9.30pm, Wayne was there in 5 mins.
