It was a great stay but we all got sick and we are pretty sure it was from the breakfast

Location

The free breakfast was lovely but the hot food wasn’t hot. Sits on a burner but not on. And the eggs cooked outside were the bacon sausages etc sitting uncovered.

our sojourn to Legian.

our third time staying here for all the same reasons... location, facilities, staff, food. our favorite place to stay when we visit Legian. We will certainly return again when able. Our 3 day stay was fantastic.

we rode our scooters to Legian from Lovina where we live. The parking for them is limited and our scooters were constantly moved to facilitate staff perking we guess. It caused us some concern but not a serious issue.

Great bake, beautiful staff

The location was great, walking distance to many shops and restaurants. Beautifully maintained gardens and rooms very clean, with beautiful fresh flowers every day. Abigail and her male counterpart were excellent on reception. Always so very welcoming and helpful.

Breakfast was ok, plenty of choice, breakfast room is close to the road and rather hot.

Cosy, nice

Cosy place with nice scenery. No buffet breakfast due to low guests (we didn't have breakfast included anyway). Pool isn't huge but it's big enough and well maintained; kids and adults enjoyed. Beach isn't too far but take a windy path getting to it.

Our family suite didn't sit in the nice garden part of the hotel and no balcony or outdoor area. Legian seems to be a tourist trap with few value eateries around. Too many sports bars, and everyone trying to welcome Aussies. I came to Bali to get away from Australia!

It is a strategic location, and I would return but probably selecting the other rooms that are quiet

The service was very good. The hotel is also located strategically near marts, food, laundry, beach. The room was comfortable and the pool was very nice.

The Family Room is located next to the restaurant which can be a bit noisy because there's Axe Throwing in the restaurant. However, after the restaurant is closed, it is fine. Half way through my stay, the roof was leaking and my room was badly affected. Luckily the staff moved us to the available room next door which was better in the sense that there was natural sunlight with the pool view, but the bathroom was just average. The second room was also noisy when people are swimming in the pool.

Location is great, staff cannot do enough to make your stay comfortable but the whole place is in much need of an upgrad

The staff were amazing and they could not do enough to make you feel comfortable. Location was great for restaurants, shopping and conveniences like pharmacy, atm, laundry etc. and a short walk to the beach. Air-conditioning in bedrooms was great. Gardens were beautiful.

The property is in much need of an upgrade with a lot of wear and tear. Towels were thin and discoloured - definitely need replacing.

Great

As always balinese people give exemplary service. They’re very friendly and accommodating. Room was huge, and clean. They clean our room and change our towels, and stock up water bottles everyday even if we don’t ask for it.

The ac runs a bit weak even in full blast. It tends to get hot in our room esp in the afternoon.

Excellent location, large room for families and friendly wonderful staff

The staff on arrival and departure were excellent, kind and friendly. The location was excellent and close to restaurants and shops, we used the pool on check out day as we were travelling long haul so it was a great way to relax before a long flight.

Good value for money hotel in great location

Great location and good value for money. Spacious and comfortable bedroom with balcony overlooking the pool. Buffet breakfast was okay but you had to ask for extra coffee. Nice lush garden setting with pool

A peaceful, tropical oasis in an amazing location.

I stayed her on two separate occasions while travelling to and from Bali (3 nts, 2 nts). The first thing that strikes you when you walk through the front gate into the lush tropical gardens is that it's so peaceful, even with the crazy traffic of the jalan jalan behind you. They're kept beautifully, as is the pool, which is nice and clean. I had the executive suite, upstairs with a balcony overlooking the garden. Room was spacious and clean, aircon works well (humid in Oct), safe, fridge/minibar, coffee and tea making facilities, toiletries in bathroom. The staff are all amazing, so friendly and helpful. This place is in an excellent position, 5 minutes to the beach through the alleyway next to Ossotel, plenty of convenience shops, pharmacy, warungs, bars all very close by. I would definitely stay here again.

Breakfast. Mine wasn't included, so I gave it a go one morning for IR100K. It was ok, but there are so many good warungs / resto's in the area, it's worth stepping out onto the streets.

Lovely staff, clean and close to some great restaurants. Good air con and WiFi. Bit noisy at night.

It was very noisy at night because of the axe throwing and live music. There were a lot of mosquitoes, although they did spray the room. I was bitten a lot when sitting on the balcony.

Comfortable and great location

The staff were lovely. The bed was very comfortable. Very central to restaurants and shops. There was no excessive noise. Grounds were maintained daily.

Rooms and bathroom are a little outdated. Hot water in the shower was minimal. Pool closes at 7pm. Would have been nice to have a swim after dinner.

Location and price

Poorly maintained, dirty, towels old and stained, cats and rats in the grounds. The pool was not enticing at all. Mould on the walls and water cloudy. Needs to be refurbished. Overall the place is rundown.

3 rooms in stand alone villa was ideal for connecting with visiting family.. location, ambience, security, staff, service, comfort and food from the restaurant was exceptional... will certainly stay here again. our second visit this time.there was

there was nothing not to like... apart from one grumpy/unhappy female restarant server who may have had some personal issue affecting her demeanor on one or two accasions.. which she denied when asked... we forgive her.
