Get little escape

We've just spent 3 weeks here, the villas are clean, spacious in a fantastic location. The beds are comfortable, pool with our villa was plenty for thr 2 of us, we'd spend hours in it a day. The room was a bit dated, but well maintained. The space are extremely friendly and accommodating, its a short 10 minute walk to Bintang supermarket, with plenty of restaurants, shopping and spa's around.

Great little tucked away villa

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The villa was clean. The pool was clean and always warm. We had daily breakfast included and the food was always great. Had a kitchenette and bar fridge and bar fridge was always stocked by staff with coke, sprite, Bintang and water. The villa was very quiet, perfect for getting sleep and relaxing. The location was central to everything with great restaurants with in walking distance. We would definitely stay here again.

The only negative for us was the bed was too hard (was like laying on the floor) and the pillows were lumpy. Even with this we were able to sleep. I do like a firm bed but not a hard bed.

Friendly but nothing more for us.

The design of the villa and the washing of clothes nearby. Staff friendly at the end taxi brought to the airport at no extra charge.

Bed suit has stains every time not very pleasant. Warm water in the bathtub runs through it next to the tub. Water in the pool was colder and some plates broken. Breakfast was not for us. In the evening you can hear club music. Defective furniture.

I loved the location, private pool, breakfast, daily housekeeping and the very friendly and helpful staff. I have stayed here twice and would stay again.

I stayed in Villa 10 the second time. Villa 3 was more comfortable. In Villa 10, the water pressure in the shower was very low and the hot water ran inconsistently.

The property was in a good location. The staff were friendly and helpful at all times . The service in general was exceptional. The breakfast meals were delicious and plentiful, the room was cleaned when requested.

Very disappointed and not at all value for money I definitely would not recommend

The location and having a private pool ,although very badly maintained pool.

Roof leaking water on tiles in kitchen made it extremely dangerous, the shower was pathetic and if you ran the tap in bathroom while someone showering the shower would stop. Bathroom roof leaked Kitchen was a disgrace and needs a complete renovation as the entire villa does, filthy curtains, tiles broken, all cabinetry needs replacing as all doors need replacing leaks badly when it rains. The pool needs attention too many broken tiles on bottom of pool, and even some grass growing from some top tiles.

Jas boutique villas

Staff were very helpful and friendly on arrival. Villas are clean and tidy. Breakfast is ok with a limited range but stiff very nice. Rooms are cleaned daily and as I said the staff are great and are there for whatever you need. There is 24hr staff and Security which is also good.

Ordered room service one night, it is cooked off site at another restaurant, when it turned up it was cold and average at best.

Old. Dirty. Never again!

Great location. That’s about all this place had going for it.

Old. Outdated. Absolutely nothing like the images. Paint coming off walls. Smelt like mould. Bed Sheets looked and smelt liked they had been around for 40 years, the place was literally falling apart. Trendy little place maybe 15 years ago. But my gosh. So old and run down. Really disappointing!! I left a day early. And I’ve never ever written a bad review! I genuinely don’t want others having the same experience.

Value for money with suitable amenities and for comfort and working remotely

The villa was great value for money. Having a private pool to cool off in right was great. Breakfast was included, so every day we chose nasi goreng, fruit bowl and coffee. I was working remotely, so it was really convenient having the breakfast brought to the villa every morning. I like my nasi goreng spicy, so the team were able to provide some chopped chilli on the side for me too.

There are gaps under the doors, so mosquitos got in every night and I would wake up from a bite here and there. It disrupted my sleep.

Location, size and staff. The staff were amazing.

The level of chlorine in villa 3’s pool made it impossible to swim in. It burnt the children’s skin. The staff were witnessed dumping tubs of chlorine into the pool and we told them to stop. The shower’s in both villas covered in lime scale that hadn’t been cleaned for many many customers. The drawers in villa 3’s kitchen did not stay closed and the laminate on the cupboards were chipping off. The fridge in villa 3 didn’t seal properly and the door kept opening. The doors to all rooms in both villas didn’t fully close and allowed mosquitos in. The bathrooms in both villas were not sealed also allowing for mosquitos. The hot water in both villas was inconsistent and would change from hot to cold. The pillows in villa 4 were mouldy.
