Loved our stay

Alan Jepun is our home away from home in Bali. The staff are amazing taking pride in the villas and special care of the guests. The villas are exceptional well located in Legian, quiet but easy to access the beach and many restaurants. Very comfortable and spacious, immaculately clean. We visit every year and will continue to do so.

We just spent a week at Alam Jepun, my partner myself and our two teens, we had the two bedroom villa with private pool. Our stay was amazing! No complaints at all, from the booking and communication from villa staff prior to our stay, as well as attentiveness during our stay, always friendly and nothing was too much trouble. The accommodation was spacious, clean and well equipped. Private pool was great and always warm, communal pool was even better and we always had it to ourselves. Showers were hot, water pressure good and always clean. Rooms cleaned daily on request. I’m fussy and was very impressed, no complaints at all.

Great place to stay!

We stayed in the private one bedroom pool villa. Each day we came back to gorgeous creations with our towels on the bed, including googly eyes🤣 The room was perfect and aircon was always on, which included the bathroom. We were able to organise food delivered, from a good restaurant which wasnt expensive. The space was clean, tidy and we had everything we needed.

In all honesty the only complaints where the water was too far from the kitchen and the kettle was slow to boil. Minor issues.

Fabulous - will be back!

Our flight was delayed, we arrived 2 hours after our anticipated arrival time, after midnight! The managers stayed awake to welcome us, with a welcome drink, and the keys to our room. I was so grateful!

Brilliant location, spacious sanctuary with private pool in the heart of Legian

The location is fantastic, the staff are so amazing ! The friendliest people that went out of their way to make my family’s staff comfortable and memorable. Couldn’t rate them highly enough. Would recommend to others and return for another visit.

Everything! The location is amazing - so close to everything! The beds are so comfortable, the rooms are huge and the bathrooms are beautiful and clean. The staff were so attentive and friendly. The shared pool is a game changer when you have multiple villas booked - and the pool temperatures are definitely the best I’ve ever felt in all the villas I’ve stayed in Bali.

Fantastic family friendly private villa in great location.

Large 2 bedroom villa perfect for a family, with your own private pool plus access to the larger share pool. Comfortable beds, amazing AC, beautiful clean bathrooms. Kitchen with everything you need including cold water filter. Quiet and private but just of Double 6 and easy walking distance Legian and Seminyak. Shops and restaurants on your doorstep. Would definitely stay again.

We stayed in villa #1 and loved this property! Spacious villa with comfy beds, a private pool, full kitchen, 2 air cons in the bedroom and a water dispenser with hot or cold options which is a huge plus in Bali. Location is great close to the beach, shops and restaurants. Staff were friendly, kept the property clean and were receptive with all my questions being answered in a timely manner before our stay and when there.

Not a dislike but something to be aware of - grabs or taxis may find it difficult to locate or access due to the small laneway the property is situated down it’s just easier to meet them on the road. It also gets hot in the kitchen/lounge area so another fan could be helpful.

A lovely villa tucked away down a narrow lane, no traffic noise. Nice and quiet.

Cleanliness, location, staff. The pool and also layout of the property. We booked 4 nights but due to family needing assistance at a resort we vacated a day early and the amazing staff allowed 3 other family members to come and stay the day and night at no extra cost. Their hotel accommodation they had elsewhere was ok but not great.m

Alam Jepun a diamond in the rough!

This place was beautiful. As far as villas go, this place did not disappoint. Staff were amazing, even booking a driver who didn't rip us off for the next day for Waterbom Park. There's something so perfect too, having your own pool within your villa. Would absolutely stay again.

In typical Legian style, you'll have to endure a little bit of the tenacious salespeople as you walk past their shops around the vicinity. Don't let that put you off staying here though.

Very quiet small group of villas within easy walking distance to the shops and beach front.

It wasn't a problem for us and I expect most people, but minimal kitchen equipment provided if you have expectations of doing self catering. So many nearby eating options close by that why would you want to ?

A Hidden Gem in the Heart of Legian

We absolutely loved our stay here! This villa is a true hidden gem — peaceful, beautifully kept, and incredible value for money. The location is spot on: just minutes to great restaurants, shopping, and Double Six Beach for sunset cocktails. The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. But what made it extra special was the warm and friendly staff — always welcoming and ready to help with a smile. Can’t wait to come back. Highly recommend!

A fabulous boutique property - what a gem!

Alam Jepun Villa is an absolute gem! A boutique property in an excellent location. We stayed in the 2 bedroom villa with our own private pool. The villa was spacious, clean and extremely private. The facilities were outstanding. The bed extremely comfortable. Shower amazing! We always got a friendly hello from the staff. We really enjoyed walking down the laneway to get to the villa as the locals got to know us and were extremely friendly. I would definitely return to this property.

The villa was beautiful. The service was great and the level of care by staff was exceptional.

I got so much more than what I anticipated. The villa was exquisitely clean and clearly well cared for. It was quiet, away from all the busyness just at the end of the street yet it was convenient to restaurants, shops or anything you may want.

There was nothing about the property I didn’t like yet the approach to Alam Jepun was not what I expected. We had to drive down a very narrow unkempt street and I started to wonder where I was going and out of nowhere the beautiful Alam Jepun appeared. It’s way more beautiful on the inside than out.

The property was clean and the villa very comfortable. Good location handy to everything. Good to be able to move to the air conditioning in the bedroom or jump in the pool when it got too hot! Very talented bed art!

These villas are amazing. Stylish , well appointed villas. Huge rooms with all the amenities. Incredible location with a short stroll to Double Six beach, Bintang supermarket, eat street. Surrounded by an endless choice of restaurants and shops. You have a chemist, minimart, and laundromat right on your doorstep. The staff are amazing and nothing is too much trouble for them. The private pools provide your own little quiet oasis

Great location

Walking distance to beach, shopping and restaurants. Bed very comfortable, water pressure great and good hot water. Daily room service. Staff couldn’t do enough to help, towel art was fabulous, pool clean and not hot so lovely after a hot day on your feet, grounds and gardens clean, staff knowledge of locations and advice was exceptional. Special thanks to Kadek, Gede, Selamat, Eka and Andi who looked after us.

My little Oasis

Staff and location are 10/10 - Size of villa is great - privacy yet located so close to "Double six" street. Both our own plunge pool and the lovely common area pool. Staff are beautiful people and the villa has everything you could want provided you don't want any meals or drinks on site. Boutique 4 only villas

Not much to not like here 🤗 Some hooks in the bathroom would be nice. A mattress topper might be nice on the bed - not a bad bed but the topper on it might be nicer.
