We loved our stay and our host Nyoman was lovely, just an fyi for anyone staying here, Nyoman is at the villa all day so

Family holiday

The villa is beautiful and spacious — perfect for a group of six. The garden and pool are lovely and well-maintained, creating a relaxing atmosphere. It’s also very close to the beach, which is super convenient. Even though there’s plenty of nightlife nearby, the villa itself is peaceful and quiet. Pak Koko was incredibly helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommended!

Very relaxing and if you’re getting out and about use Grab, we had no issues at all.

Yoko who let us into the property was extremely helpful and friendly. Villa was well equipped even had a small library if you had the urge to read a book. Pool was very clean, and Yoko attended to the pool twice a day. Shopping and restaurants a couple of minutes by foot We will stay again.

Mozzies at night but mosquito coils and spray provided very small issue.

Location was awesome, most taxi drivers knew how to find the place. And clean and perfect for families. We were a family of 6 and fit so comfortably with heaps of space to spare

Perfect spot and I’d do it again!

It had plenty of room for our family of four. Loads of space and the pool to ourselves was lovely. Huge fridge and koko did our washing. We could walk to the beach to surf each evening. Plenty of food choices and a good supermarket not too far away.

Mosquitos are always annoying but easy to control with spray, shutting doors, aircon and using mosquito nets.

So spacious, amazing pool and was just the perfect villa for our family. Staff were amazing, came in the morning to do the grounds / pool then when we were out would clean the villa. Overall fantastic and would definitely stay here again 😊

Big beautiful villa worth your money

Words cant describe this villa adequately. Its a Big beautiful villa, tastefully decorated with big clean pool. 4 big rooms to fit 7 of us, all had ensuite bathroom except for the single room. The villa was in a quiet enclave but just round the corner is a bustling row of shops and cafes. The housekeeper Wayan stays in the annexe and is very responsive to our every needs. He cleans the pool 2x a day and cleans the house daily. Plenty of clean sheets and towels in the bathroom.and also for the pool.

The kitchen is big and fully equipped but no coffee provided. The WiFi is also erratic. There's a lot of millipedes crawling everywhere but you get used to them.after a while and just try not to step on them. The single bedroom has no bathroom so he has to knock on our door in the middle of the night if he needs to go. Other than that there are just nothing bad to say about this place.

yellow stained pillows. filthy kitchen cupboards when it rained water poured all over the stairs inside making it very dangerous. glass missing from the downstairs bathroom window. towels were not changed for the 3 days we were there. no rooms serviced at all

Chillax stay in Seminyak

Overall our stay in Villa Kunang was wonderful. The jewel in the crown was the beautiful pool that greets you every morning, jet like water pressure mornings/evening (it was crazy humid this time of year) and its central location. I am an old soul so the villa’s vibe and ambience fits me well. However, my family consists of teenagers who wished the amenities were more modern. My kind suggestion is to give the villa a new fresh look. Remove the old, dust and rust coated fans, deco, ceiling lights and paintings. Bathrooms were clean but could also do with a new look. All-in-all the 4 days and 3 nights flew by so fast. Our sincere thanks to Kutu Caretaker for his warm disposition, lovely smile and ever attending to our needs and questions. Ps: Don’t leave food on the coffee table. Ants come pretty fast. There’s a residing gecko that may come to visit. Don’t be alarm by its size and noise. According to local beliefs gecko are signs of a positive clean spirited home. Watch out for the hairy caterpillars too in case you have sensitive skin. Kutu says they can be smelly.

Could do with a fresh look and minor renovation. Door knob to master bedroom toilet fell off during our stay and sister almost got locked in

Relaxing Time at Villa Kunang!

We have previously stayed at Villa Kunang & love it for the size, it's quite location, the large pool & lovely gardens. It's perfect for chilling out. The villa is also very close to restaurants, beach & shops. Villa Manager Wayan was lovely & very helpful.

Wifi wasnt working. The issue continued & was only rectified on our last day. No movie channels. The Villa is getting a tad old & in need of some cosmetic updates inside & out.

Best private Family Villa in Seminyak

We loved the quiet setting. The lush garden and massive pool was just idyllic. The Property is close to all amenities in Seminyak. Putu was amazing and Wayan and his wife very friendly and accommodating. Can’t wait to be back

Fabulous villa in great location

The photos for this villa don't really do it justice. It's actually bigger than what it looks! Amazing pool and outdoor area. Beds were comfy. Fantastic mosquito nets that actually keep the mosquitos out. Putu our host was lovely and kept the grounds and villa clean and tidy. Super location and tucked away on a quiet street. We will be back :o)

Superb

We loved our stay at Villa Kunang. The location is awesome down a lane way and is super peaceful and private. We had a group of 5 with teenagers and grandparents and the Villa is really spacious with a huge pool and lovely outdoor space. Putu who looks after the Villa was amazing and nothing was a problem.

Fabulous start to our holiday!

Everything - the pool was amazing, beds huge and comfy, big spacious rooms, plenty of space to relax. It was close to everything but a hidden little oasis, very quiet and peaceful. Was great to have our arrival transfer organised, driver was great, and then to be met at the house and shown around by Putu. Thank you, we loved our stay!

Spacious Bali villa

The villa was gorgeous. Spacious, airy and so totally Bali. My husband and I were travelling with three 17yo girls and another of 16. There was space for everyone to escape to their own private sanctuary but still plenty of room for us to all meet in the middle for meals, hang out, swim and laugh. Putu was fabulous. Came in quietly, did his thing, always thorough and available with a friendly smile. Thanks Putu and Villa Kunang, we will be back.

Everything! This was our second stay at Villa Kunang and wouldn’t hesitate to book if available next time. The pool and gardens are amazing, villa has everything you need, AC great. Position is perfect for a leisurely 2 min stroll to 66 st. Once again, the highlight is the wonderful Putu (manager) he goes above and beyond to make sure everything req is 100% and he is just a lovely caring man.

1-وجود حشرات وهذا شي طبيعي في بالي بكل مكان 2- وكذلك لايوجد مكيف في الصاله وكانت حاره 3- حسب البوكينق بان هناك اربع غرف نوم منها ثلاث غرف سرير مزوج وغرفه سريرين ولكن لم تكن كذلك فقط غرفتين سرير مزوج وغرفه سريرين مفرده والغرفه الرابعه صغيره جدا وفيها سرير مفرد واخبرنا بانه يستخدمها مستودع لاغراض الفله ولم تكن مجهزه بان تكون غرفة نوم

Prachtig verblijf met een geweldige tuin en groot zwembad.

De tuin is prachtig, nog veel mooier dan op de foto’s. Er zijn ruime en fijne zitplaatsen. De slaapkamers zijn netjes schoon en ruim, net als de badkamers.
