It has 2 bedrooms with large double beds, ideal for 4 people, and a sofa bed that can accommodate 2 additional people. Enjoy a charming balcony with two chairs and a table for relaxing moments.
The apartment has a fully equipped independent kitchen: fridge, freezer, oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, as well as appliances such as a coffee maker, kettle and toaster. You will also find a washer/dryer, a portable fan/air conditioning, underfloor heating with pleasant climate, electric shutters and a bathroom with toilet, shower cubicle, toilet and bathtub. We provide shower towels, a hairdryer, toilet paper, shower products, as well as two sinks with mirror-cabinet.

-Respecting the neighbors, parties and events are not allowed in the apartment and loud music after 10 p.m. in the evening is prohibited. We wish to maintain a peaceful atmosphere for our neighbors and other occupants.
-When you leave the apartment or go to sleep, please turn off all electronic devices, including the washing machine, microwave, TV, dishwasher, lights, air conditioning, fans, as well as the oven and stove buttons. Don't forget to turn off the water in the bathtub and shower, as well as the taps in the sink.

Well equipped apartment close to restaurants, grocery shopping and gas. Public transportation is a short walk away and is very easy to get to old town Luxembourg. Shi Jiuilang was very willing to share her knowledge of the area and to show us around the apartment when we first arrived. We would definitely stay again!
