About this apartment rental

Duplex apartment on the 2nd floor of a small residence in a quiet neighborhood, close to the countryside, near the Walferdange Station and close to Luxembourg City. The apartment includes two bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a lounge area, and a bathroom. The apartment includes WIFI, and it is easily possible to park outside the residence without having to pay parking. Access to the Walferdange Station is a few minutes, access to various restaurants is minutes away from the residence.

The apartment is bright, clean and simply furnished. 2 double beds and plenty of space. Excellent base, 10 minutes walk from railway station (10 mins to Luxembourg station from Walferdange) and 5 minutes walk to bus stop where there are several buses into town running all day and night. Remember all transport is free to a breeze to get around the entire country. The host Daniel was in contact several times so the arrival was so easy.i would recommended this apartment to everyone. A bit of peace close to the city centre but plenty restaurants and supermarkets within walking distance if you want to stay local. Good wifi, everything you need in the kitchen and friendly neighbours. We had a great stay

We loved Daniel's apartment, it is exactly as listed. Very spacious, great natural light from all the windows, well stocked kitchen and excellent location. Daniel was really helpful, especially when we had a problem with the radiator. He came over the same day to fix it and was just really kind. We would stay there again and recommend it for a stay in Luxembourg, it is perfect to access the City and the beautiful countryside.

We spent two weeks in this condo while waiting for our long term rental house to be ready. The apartment is comfortable, roomy, and all essentials to make your life easier. Kitchen is well equipped to make meals and plenty of room for our kids to roam around without feeling cramped (fyi- no tv but they had enough with Ipads). No washer on premises but we managed with the amount of luggage we bought with us! Parking is free outside and plenty of room any time of day/night to park. The place has superb location! Can’t beat that. Is third floor with no lift but we needed the exercise so didn't mind at all. Overall, we were happy and definitely recommend this place for a good price and location. Daniel is great host and very easy to deal with. Thanks Daniel for everything!

Daniel was a great host and very accommodating to meet anytime. Apartment was very clean and everything was as described. Great kitchen and had everything to make you comfortable for your stay!

The accommodation is in a really lovely residential area that is a short walk from shops and a quick drive into the city. Daniel is a lovely friendly man who met us promptly and showed us around the house. The accommodation is great but probably needs a little work. Some lights were not working, half of the stove top didn't work and there are quite a few holes on the walls from electrical work.
