Very disappointing expression from the first short visit of Luxembourg.

Noting, just disappointing.

No paper in toilet. At all. At 22.00PM. And no option to find it. The kitchenette is just for decoration. No cutlery, no glass, no mugs. The washbasin in the bathroom is leaking, and it looks like a waterfall. Some plates and dirty knife and fork (1 set) are placed under kitchen sink, at the place where usually placed trash basket. But the kitchen cabinet over the sink is empty. Very strange logic.

Nicely renovated concept of a traditional Dudelange terraced house, with a tiny kitchenette in each room and a large common kitchen with access to the garden.

Noticeable variation in level of quality and equipment between identically priced rooms throughout the house.

Comfortable room with direct access to ga rten

The room is exceptional, all very cozy and well equipped. The bed is comfortable, there is enough room, the shower is great. We used the big kitchen and eating area which was very useful when eating with the kids. The check in was super easy and uncomplicated.

Maybe having one baby chair in storage for the eating area could be handy for families. Otherwise everything worked very well.

Nice house , well structured and that’s it

there was this gentleman , apparently he works there or lives there . as soon as we came inside the flat he knocked on the door immediately , asking too many questions about us , just because he saw that someone came inside to help us drop off our big luggage , someone who picked us up from the airport and that’s it . And the next day the owner called me without hesitation , she “assumed” that we had a party and we’ve been doing noise until 5am in the morning which was a completely lie ! Plus she did not want to hear my side of the story , she was basically talking over me . And there’s another thing , one of these days we have been out in the city centre and when we got back the door for the garden was open , which was strange because apparently they do not change the bedding everyday so there’s no way that it could be the cleaner .And the owner even told me off because of that , just because I asked to change the bedding we haven’t touch that door on that day and I can guarantee for sure so that’s odd With that being said I can just add that I did not like my stay at GuestHaus at all , and this is my first complaint at Booking .com , I hope there’s a bit more of improvement.
