Located near the motorway to France, Germany and Belgium. Discover our spacious 86 square meter apartment, fully equipped to offer optimal comfort. It has 2 bedrooms with large double beds, ideal for 4 people, and a sofa bed that can accommodate 2 additional people. Enjoy a charming balcony with two chairs and a table for relaxing moments.
The apartment has a fully equipped independent kitchen: fridge, freezer, oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, as well as appliances such as a coffee maker, kettle and toaster. You will also find a washer/dryer, a portable fan/air conditioning, underfloor heating with pleasant climate, electric shutters and a bathroom with toilet, shower cubicle, toilet and bathtub. We provide shower towels, a hairdryer, toilet paper, shower products, as well as two sinks with mirror-cabinet.

-All materials in the apartment are registered with the owner and are available for use by guests, but are NOT for takeout or exchange.
-For everyone's comfort, please avoid leaving your pets on the sofa bed.
-Respecting the neighbors, parties and events are not allowed in the apartment and loud music after 10 p.m. in the evening is prohibited. We wish to maintain a peaceful atmosphere for our neighbors and other occupants.
-When you leave the apartment or go to sleep, please turn off all electronic devices, including the washing machine, microwave, TV, dishwasher, lights, air conditioning, fans, as well as the oven and stove buttons. Don't forget to turn off the water in the bathtub and shower, as well as the taps in the sink.
This measure contributes to the safety and energy efficiency of the apartment.
