Only deficit was the check-in / high-security "box". Very unwelcoming and a bit scary. Minimal politeness. No smiles. Bad first impression. Expected the worse. Pleasantly surprised by the accommodations.

La habitación estaba limpia y en buenas condiciones

Había demasiado ruido, la habitación asignada estaba junto a la calle y el paso de camiones fue muy molesto. El sonido ambiental no se podía quitar y no me dejó dormir bien, al día siguiente tenía que hacerme estudios y necesitaba descansar. Una de las almohadas estaba durísima

Estancia rápida pero confortable

Buena ubicación si se tiene evento en Sala Urbana, está un poco solido por la noche, pero no veo ningún peligro. El check in bastante sencillo, el personal también muy amable, la habitación limpia y sin mayor detalle.

Creo que debería tener el nombre de Motel más que de un Hotel de 4 estrellas.

La limpieza de las habitaciones, siempre están limpiando las áreas. La seguridad de la colonia.

Se escucha todo en los cuartos ya que no están insonorizados, el problema es que muchas parejas entraban únicamente para pasar el rato y se escuchan los pujidos, movimientos y demás.
