It wasn't the expected. Unfortunately the information about the place is not accurate to the reality

The location is bad. The place doesn't have the landmarks mentioned. Get taxi is complicated. The street in front is dangerous and it is heavy traffic for tourists to walk. The place is old and needs some fixes in terms of furniture painting and accomodations.

Fine place to stay in Mexico

I like the gratis breakfast in the small restaurant every morning, and the evening reception attendant was very helpful. We also enjoyed the street tacos and nearby Oxxo.

The street had a loose sewer mantle that made a massive noise when cars drove by on the busy street, tho they helped us change our room on our second night.

The hotel is decent, the room is large and clean, the beds and pillows are comfortable, the city view is fantastic, the staff are very helpful and considerate, breakfast was good, its all worth it. Thanks to the staff!!!

There is a group of guests that were so noisy, the security tried to stop them but still didnt stop, some of them came about 2am and were drank and singing loud, other than this, everything else was worthwhile, the hotel is decent, the room is large and clean, the staff were very helpful and considerate, the beds and pillows are very comfortable, location is not close to the city center though, but enjoyed our stay overall, thanks to the wonderful staff.

El desayuno estaba bien, daban opción de huevo revuelto o huevo revuelto con jamón, acompañado de frijoles refritos agua natural de sabor y bolillo.

Se escuchaba todo en la habitación, el agua salía de una sola temperatura en la regadera, el shampoo se usó el 1er día de estancia y no pusieron más, las toallas ya estaban viejas y en la noche en el restaurante te atendían de mala gana si llegabas cerca de la hora de cerrar y con la condición de que todo para llevar

Las personas del estacionamiento súper desatentas, ponían cara de todo la verdad fue una horrible experiencia. No cuentan con aire acondicionado las habitaciones y no existe el servicio al cuarto. El mesero de la mañana súper grosero de mal carácter y no te brinda un buen servicio sinceramente no lo recomiendo el que se hospeden en este hotel

El agua no se va al momento de bañarse se tapa y se sale de la regadera hacia la taza y la caja fuerte no tiene pila.

Las fotos nada que ver con el alojamiento

Todo sucio, viejo, las toallas no están limpias, el baño super mal al area de la regadera cuando te bañabas no se iba el agua, a la taza del baño le tenias que bajar varias veces para que se fuera todo, la alfombra de los cuartos sucia no podias estar descalzo porque se sentia todo pegagoso. Intente cancelar la segunda noche y no me ofrecieron nada de ayuda. NO RESERVEN NO VALE LA PENA

para los fines de conocer el centro del DF , esta muy lejos del casco historico, lugares como reforma o el zocalo esta a casi 20 km y demoras mucho en uber y para el aeropuerto también.

gente fumando cerca a la puerta del hotel , ya que comparten con oficinas lo que hace que tengan mucho movimiento.
