    The hotel is in a practical location, and most areas of the city can be reached by taxi without too much difficulty. The property feels modern and well maintained, the rooms are comfortable and generously sized, and the breakfast offers a good variety of tasty options. However, my experience with the front desk was frustrating. My reservation included breakfast, but this was not correctly recorded when I checked in. The next morning, I was informed that breakfast was not part of my booking. Rather than argue and start my day negatively, I decided to leave. I explained the situation that evening, and Melissa promised to correct it. She also advised me to reserve the following night without breakfast, assuring me that I would still be able to have it. Unfortunately, nothing was updated, and I encountered exactly the same issue the following morning. There were always several employees at reception, but no one took responsibility or provided a proper solution; they just looked at each other and ignored me. The hotel has excellent facilities, but the reception team needs to improve its communication, attention to detail, and problem-solving.
