Unfortunately you get what you pay for. No air conditioning just a fan. The second night we stayed the TV didn’t work and the staff, Abigail, said they would have to look into it the next day. This was 9:00 pm. No one to help at 9pm. Ridiculous! I would recommend this hotel if you are just sleeping and leaving the next day.

My flight was cancelled and I checked out on 1/27 I was not able to get a refund. It was impossible to reach anyone. The restaurant service was horrible Julio was not nice, my pancakes were cold , no fork or knife were given

One nite Was very cold, and i call the staff and ask how to turn the heater. The answer Was that it doesnt work. Then at nite I asked for a glass of hot water for tea. I tole the staff at the cafetería. I would go tommy Room drop OFF my things and come back for the water. He said no just wait is almost ready. Because the elevator has to be actívated with a magnétic card, when i reached for the card the glass of hot water fell all over my clothes leaving me with burns in my hand and stomach. Al of this could have been avoided if the elevator worked normaly and the magnétic card used to Open the Room door instead of elevator. Then to Open the door of the Room they give you a regular ole fashion key. The lock Was detective. The first time I had to call the cleaning staff to open door for me . Until the y showed me how to manuver the key. Over all it Was not a Pleasant experiencia.

For business purposes is fine, however, the Wi-Fi is very slow and you can get frustrated. Is clean and the room has enough space, but the noise outside can be heard clearly. Traffic around the area is awful, and the area seems not safe to walk around and there is no restaurants and other facilities nearby.

The hotel located very good place for may business trip. It's very close from the Industrial Park but the place is very safe and quiet. Outside the hotel, there is a base of Radio Taxi so you never are worried about your transportation. In adittion, the 4 caminos subway station is also 20 minut's walk. In this sense, you can enjyo Mexico city from this hotel. I strongly recomend this hotel!!
