it was good for the short time we needed the stay

Perfect for a short stay. Worth the money.

conveniently located near Polanco and accessibility to main road. Rooms are spacious and comfortable beds. Staff, specially the bell nan where very kind.

The halls were not very clean and it’s a bit noisy.

Friendly staff and perfectly located for family visit

Great welcoming by Oscar and Yael. They both did everything in their power to accommodate our needs. We could access one room earlier which was pleasantly surprising and quite handy to leave the suitcases.

restaurant service could be improved. The hotel is conveniently located to Periférico so it implies traffic noise.

Staff was very courteous and helpful. Bed was comfortable and shower was excellent. The room was clean. Very good checkin experience. The price was convenient.

The property needs a little work. Little black spots in the shower’s tiles should be removed and walls in the elevator area need a touch up. No complimentary tea or coffee in the room

Not pleasant

I liked the front desk greetings. A guy that came up to me an offered me a glass of water and then he gave me his own personal card (printed by him) to let me know that his name was Carlos and that he could be around in case I needed something. I believe he was the best part of the hotel. Another person who was very helpful was our waiter, he was very polite and available during our stay and the food was very good.

The hotel access to the Parking lot is terrible, the parking lot is not really conditioned to be a parking lot, there was too much trash and no one was available to help you get your luggage or to assist you. The hotel did not have A/C in the lobby and the stars from the parking lot were too dirty.

Pensé que la habitación sería mas pequeña y me gustó mucho que es amplia y limpia.

El control de la tv o el sistema de tv complicado para cambiar de canal, aunque nos cambiaron el control. Tampoco pude descargar el menú del restaurante. Falta ventilación natural.

Que me quedó cerca de mi evento.

Que no hay elevadores desde el estacionamiento hay que subir escaleras, no hay quien nos ayude a subir el equipaje. El hotel está descuidado muy equis. Nada que ver cuando no era express. En fin… el cuarto bien todo limpio y el baño súper limpio.

Superó mis expectativas, realmente descansas: buen servicio, silencio, buen desayuno, sí regreso.

El desayuno que ofrecen es realmente variado y completo: fruta, pan, café, té, leche, agua fresca, varios guisados y tienen servicio de huevos al gusto hechos al momento.
