Modern 5 Bedroom House Near Lark Lane

Property had everything we needed and more. Clean, convenient and in a lovely area. Felt very safe. We had a fee minor problems where a switch had tripped before we arrived causing issues with the boiler and a previous guest had stolen the remote control for the television. A member of the hosting team came to our rescue quickly resolving both issues quickly and kindly

Location to lark lane and sefton park was fab, 2 mins walk from the train station that took you straight to L1

When we arrived for our 2 night stay, the beds hadn't been made, bins emptied or dishes cleaned, linen everywhere and no clean towels. Someone had obviously been in before we got there. When we spoke with the host they said it was impossible for someone to have been there before us, even though we sent through photos. They did some onvestigating and did come back after some investigating, apologetic. Eventually after some leg work the host managed to find us another place to stay for the night as there was no way to turn around the property for the Friday night. On the saturday morning Stacey was there cleaning and sorting out new linen for us and she was very apologetic. After we left we got in contact about a refund and initially the host was very accommodating, however we are now 2 weeks down with no reply, and no refund for the upheaval. The house itself was fine, once it was clean.

House was very clean, Easy to find and there was enough parking outside Haar dryers were available Extra Towels we asked for were delivered the day after we arrived thank you. Washing machine worked well We didnt cook but the cooker was clean.

This is an honest Report on the Accomodation We were a a party of 6 persons, 4 Adults and 2 children House is very run down, needs a lot of TLC, New flooring especialy in the Bathroom. No Live TV only online I fixed the Wall clock, Battery and hands were loose and found Bolts from the chairs in a kitchen draw and replaced them myself and tightend all the other ones as best i could. Rooms are small. living room very small and Sofa was totaly unusable to sit on, you sink into it if you try to sit on it. On day three the Toilet seat hinge Broke,(was loose when we arrived) reported and shaun said he would be up the next day to fix it, We stayed 9 nights and when we left he still hadnt been. Not enough cutlery 6 knives ect(get some from Asda or a carboot) Leaving a broom or Hoover out would be a good idea, we stayed 9 Nights and could sweep the floor No idea how 12 people are supposed to stay there, we were 6, 4 Adults and 2 kids and we had problems finding somewhere to sit. I have no idea how the House gets a High rating Shaun get things sorted and this could be a Gemstone but not the way it is at the moment Photos 1 Table top 2,3 and 3 Bathroom floor 4 Bed 5 Chest of drawers

Great location, loads of free parking, great property

It was all excellent

5 beds in all seperate rooms, some double some queen. Perfect for a big family or even 5 couples. Very comfortable. Note that some are 1 or 2 flights of stairs up.

Tiny 4 seat table situated in the tiny living room. 10 people do not fit there but if you're there to visit the city and are eating out, it's not actually important.

Location was great, house was spotless, comfy beds, would definitely book again.

Flooring in kitchen and bathroom is getting a bit tired, but wouldn’t put us off booking again.
