Gorgeous stay, will definitely book again

Perfect location, we could walk into the city easily. Parking was secure and the apartment was so lovely and spacious. Our stay was exceptionally good value for money.

Literally the only issue was other residents leaving rubbish in the public area, but this has nothing to do with the hosts or the apartment so doesn't affect our score. Please don't let this put you off - as it's out of their control!

Lovely apartment, great space, secure parking.

The property was great as it came with a secure parking space aswell. We were travelling to a golf tournament on the Wirral was great as we were close to the tunnel. Loads of space and great facilities.

The fact that it’s for 4 people but only had a 2 seater sofa which was frustrating. Only 3 mugs aswell but that didn’t really cause us a problem. I would suggest a broom being in there to make it easier to clear up after yourself.

Perfect. Loved our accommodation and our time in Liverpool.

It had a washing machine and oven. Hosts were very nice and helpful. Apartment was exceptionally clean, modern and secure. Highly recommend.

It would have been great to have had a second reading lamp, a fan as was quite warm when we stayed and a second 2 seater lounge for watching tv.

I had an enjoyable stay with great facilities and amenities.

I liked that it had virtually everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable and stress free. It exceeded our expectations.

It didn’t have a fan or aircon and the weather was quite warm which made place hot and a bit stuffy.

Great location, very clean but horrible beds and pillows!

Great location, spacious and clean property, fair price. Good parking.

Very lumpy uncomfortable mattresses in both rooms! Paper thin uncomfortable pillows! Booking.com had not sent us the codes/links etc to get in to the property so we had a long frustrating time - eventually got in with help from someone on the other end of a phone.

Really enjoyable stay just above, when addressed would lead to NO grumbles

Could write your name in the dust, not sure who’s responsible but needs addressing Headboards thick with fluff & dust Toilet seat in en-suite with bath was loose Clothes labels in bedroom drawers & wardrobe Not secure as back door was wedged open all the while When we arrived it took more than 30 minutes to get into the property as no codes, number of apartment was given to me and had to wait for response from the host, not sure who’s responsible for this but needs addressing We had to try all the key locks to find the right key

Modern, comfortable property making an ideal base to explore Liverpool away from city centre and good value for money

The apartment is modern, well laid out and an ideal base for two couples. Comfortable beds and good showers. Car parking is an added bonus. It’s about 25 minute walk to Albert Dock.

The property sleeps 4 but there is only one two seater sofa, so we had to use dining chairs when relaxing. Also only 4 (very small) mugs, plates, bowls, glasses etc so you can never fill the dishwasher to make it worthwhile using. Another sofa and additional mugs, plates etc and I would have given the property an “excellent “ rating.

On the whole, the flat was lovely, very spacious and was well equipped.

Flat was spacious and very clean, pretty well equipped with plenty of extras, maybe a couple of extra mugs could be provided? Nice to have some refreshments left for our use and free wifi available. Easy walk to a big supermarket and on regular bus route for town

Need to explain that the building is marked as 156 although was a block of flats and so should be explained that it includes 156-166 Richmond Row - confusing for renter on arrival! oven gloves needed No welcome pack Milk sachets were out of date by a month but we took our own milk anyway

This was an ideal apartment for our mini city break.

The apartment is immaculately presented, quiet and has secure parking. Plenty of space for 4 adults, modern furnishings and very clean. The hosts were in constant communication, very helpful and informative.

If you’re hoping for a nice view you’ll be disappointed. We weren’t bothered as its location was perfectly situated between Anfield and the city centre.

Modernes Appartement fußläufig zur Innenstadt

Modernes, geräumiges Appartement; im Wesentlichen sehr sauber. Jedes Schlafzimmer hatte ein eigenes Bad. Große, helle Räume. Ausstattung mit Geräten sehr gut. Sichere Parkmöglichkeit. In ca. 5 Fußminuten Entfernung gibt es ein indisches Restaurant und einen kleinen Laden. Die Innenstadt von Liverpool ist fußläufig erreichbar (ca. 10-15 Minuten zu den ersten Museen). Liverpool ist eine interessante Stadt mit einer lebendigen Atmosphäre. Das Appartement ist insgesamt sehr gut geeignet, um Liverpool zu erkunden.

Das sind eher Kleinigkeiten: Das Appartement wirkt sehr kahl und nüchtern, es gibt kein einziges Bild an der Wand. Obwohl insgesamt sehr sauber, fanden wir bei Ankunft dreckiges Geschirr in der Spülmaschine - da hatte das Putzteam wohl nicht nachgeschaut. Besteck und Geschirr waren recht knapp. Im Vorgarten lag Müll. Die Umgebung ist etwas merkwürdig; gegenüber sind neue Gewerbebetriebe, hinter dem Haus sind Brachflächen. Die Umgebung wirkte wie ein ehemaliger Slum, der jetzt modernisiert wird. Es wird sich also verbessern.
