Great location, nice, clean apartment.
We had issues with the wi-fi. We couldn't connect to the one we were told you had at first. After texting the property, we were told to try another one. We did; we got connected, but the internet was still very poor.

We had a wonderful stay in this lovely Liverpool apartment. The location is excellent, and the apartment was spotless, fresh, and very comfortable. A big thank you to Nicole and her mother for making us feel so welcome and for all the support they gave our family during our stay. We truly appreciated their kindness and would happily stay here again. Highly recommended!

Location, space and beds were very good.
No wireless, no TV remote. Fridge was filthy. I called up about the lack of WiFi and remote and was told someone would come over in 30mins. 90mins later there was no sign of anyone. Also, although we didn't cook there were no pots and pans to cook on so the cooker was pointless.
