Firstly, I want to acknowledge that the owners did everything to make us feel at home. In addition to being extremely cozy, the apartment contains everything you would need for your stay.
Although we don't have kids, I am convinced that this place would be perfect for anyone who does since there are plenty of toys, books, games, and equipment for them.
We stayed here for 11 days, and didn't notice any inconveniences. The apartment is located in a pleasant neighbourhood, surrounded by beautiful views of the mountains and nature. It is just 15 minutes of walking to the city center and around 3 minutes to the nearest supermarket, bakery and pharmacy. We came by car, so we really appreciated the free parking space too. If you're coming for a longer stay, just like us, there is no need to worry about stuff storage as there is plenty of space for it.
What was especially significant for me is the fact that communication with the facility was friendly and didn't cause any problems: on all my questions I got quick and helpful answers.
It was just fine, so there's not much to say, frankly.
The fact that our trip finished and we had to move out.

Die Wohnung ist ruhig gelegen und man hat Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (z.B. Hofer) direkt um die Ecke. In der Innenstadt ist man in ca. 15 Minuten zu Fuß.
Bei aktuell über 30 Grad Außentemperatur war die Wohnung schön kühl. Parken ist an der Straße möglich.
Leider war das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis nicht ganz ausgewogen. Die Wohnung war zwar gut ausgestattet, allerdings war das Geschirr im Schrank teilweise dreckig, das Blech im Ofen auch. Auf- und teilweise in den Schränken stehen persönliche Dinge herum oder Kartons/Tüten etc.
Der Durchgang zum Bad ist so niedrig, dass ich mir am ersten Tag den Kopf angestoßen habe, sodass eine riesen Beule entstanden ist. Das gehört meiner Meinung nach gekennzeichnet. Ohne Allergietabletten (Hausstauballergie) konnte ich nicht schlafen. Die Matratze war durchgelegen und das Bettzeug auch schon in die Jahre gekommen.
Für diesen Preis erwarten ich etwas mehr Sauberkeit und Komfort.
