Casiola - Apartment with two large terraces

The location is excellent and very convenient. The host was extremely friendly, responsive, and always willing to help. The apartment was clean, tidy, and well-maintained. The terrace was beautiful and a wonderful place to relax. Overall, we had a pleasant stay.

It would have been nice to have air conditioning, especially since we stayed during a very hot period. When we opened the windows to cool the apartment, mosquitoes entered and bit our one-year-old child, leaving several red marks. Installing mosquito screens on the windows could help prevent this issue for future guests.

The apartment was absolutely brilliant! The beds were extremely comfortable and so were the pillows… The bedding was very soft and of good quality… The furniture and the whole property was of a very high standard… I have travelled to many countries and stayed in many hotels, apartments and villas… This has to rank as one of the highest! Highly recommended! We will definitely be visiting again..

La casa estupenda , menaje bueno, muy limpia, camas cómodas . Había al llegar capsulas de café y azucar que es de agradecer. Se aparca bien muy cerca de Brujas ( en coche). Muy cómoda y calentita. El baño con secador y amities completo (champu,gel acondicionador y crema y esponja)

El suelo radiante de una habitación no funcionaba. Nos pusimos en contacto con Huswell y aunque nos atendieron nunca mas se pusieron en contacto y no nos dieron ninguna solución. Con habernos facilitado un radiador para esa habitación hubiera sido suficiente. Echamos en falta microondas , había horno pero si funcionaba como micro no había instrucciones así que no lo pudimos utilizar.

Appartement ligt aan een hele drukke weg en vlak bij een snelweg, waardoor veel geluidsoverlast m.n. in de nacht en op de terrassen. Er ontbrak een pan van een normaal formaat (deksel wel aanwezig, maar geen pan) en bezem functioneerde niet. Dit hebben we gemeld op de dag van aankomst. We kregen de vraag een foto te maken (van een ontbrekende pan?) en na zeven nachten verblijf is er geen enkele actie ondernomen om ons een pan te brengen, waardoor koken van pasta/aardappelen niet mogelijk was. Alleen automatische berichten over in- en uitchecken, geen snelle (re)actie op klachten.
