Superb modern flat
Spotlessly clean, well equipped, comfortable flat (2 adults, 2 children). Brilliantly situated for beaches, town and Trecco Bay. We had no problem finding on road parking close to the property. Superb kitchen with everything you could need. We found having the extra toilet helpful as we used the sofa bed and it meant no night time trips through the bedroom to use the on suite bathroom. Thoughtful little extras included books and games. Julie is very helpful, excellent communication prior to stay and provides a folder of helpful information and contact details for use during the stay. We would highly recommend this property and will be booking again when in this area.

Very nice, quiet week despite the rain

We had a lovely time and it was a good base for exploring the area.
Perfect location for beaches and easy access to shops and pubs. All walkable. The flat was as advertised and very clean.
The kitchen was well equipped but could have done with a few condiments and chopping boards.

Had a fabulous time in this home away from home with a beach house vibe!
First impression was of a spacious, bright property which was immaculate! Everything in working order and kitchen equipped with everything you’d need! Lovely welcoming touches like flowers and yummy Welsh cakes were a bonus! Fantastic location for families with younger children as beach and Trecco s entertainment facilities are a stones throw away! We would recommend this holiday let without hesitation and will be booking again for ourselves soon!
Mattress on bed quite springy but not a big issue unless you are staying for longer than a week.
