Nice part of the island. You need your own vehicle
No heating no AC , and it is cold in winter. We had 16 C in the room in december not enough blanket. We had to ask for further heater , we asked before for individual blankets and duvets, but the company provided only double blankets which is very inconvenient, when it is cold. And it was cold?

- privater Parkplatz
- schmutziges Sofa, viele Flecken
- Whirlpool braucht zu lange zum warm werden, bis zu 6h für +10 Grad
- Gasherd hat nur die ersten Tage funktioniert
- Insekten (Ameisen, Würmer und Kakerlaken! Viele Kakerlaken im Badezimmer OG)
- undichte Stellen im Badezimmer, Wohnzimmer und Schlafzimmer, die Insekten können da reinkrabbeln
- schlechte Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter
- sehr schlechte Sicht bei der Ausfahrt, direkt an einer kurvigen befahrenen Straße, ein Spiegel wäre ratsam
- leider kein Staubsauger
