Quinta Vale Vitis

We absolutely loved staying at Quinta Vale Vitis! The views are amazing, the pool is very inviting, and the staff are incredibly friendly — absolutely everyone made us feel very welcome. The breakfast was great, the rooms were lovely, and the bed was very comfortable. A few extra things we really appreciated: each building has a common area with a kitchenette and microwave, which is very convenient if you want to warm up some food. There’s no fridge in the rooms, but there is one available in the common area. They also have a sauna and excellent massage services. I definitely recommend treating yourself to a massage — it was very good! Overall, a wonderful place to stay, with beautiful surroundings and genuinely warm hospitality. We would happily come back! 🌿✨

Nothing really! If anything, perhaps slightly larger garbage bins in the common areas would be helpful.

Our stay exceeded all our expectations. We stayed for two weeks and used this hotel as our home base while we explored the island. The staff is incredibly friendly and accomodating, as are the amenities. The spa was a nice extra after coming back from a long hike. Breakfast is also excellent and varies a bit every day.

The only thing we would have preferred is better mattresses, the ones in the hotel are very hard But this is personal preference. :)

Very beautiful and charming hotel in a fantastic landscape and location! Everything is very stylish, but still humble and authentic. The staff is extraordinarily kind, helpful and made us feel welcome and happy. The pool is very clean and maintained, there are enough sunbeds and umbrellas. The breakfast has a very high quality and they offer local products. Even the hotel has a small gym and sauna. Furthermore they have a beautiful garden and let you walk through the vineyard and veggie garden area. Overall: Fantastic!

The location is beautiful located in the mountains in a very quiet environment. Breakfast in general was good and the food was good quality. Free parking on the property is also a bonus point. The houses were the rooms are located in have a shared fridge and microwave.

The staff was very unfriendly: No greeting at all, Check-in was done without any words saying (just made a copy of our ID and that was it), when asking a question staff interrupted immediatly and saing "no" without even listening to the question. Room service was very superficial, no cleaning of the surfaces or the floor. Gym and pool were often closed and just opened after asking for it. No restaurant or bar service provided on the property although it was listed on their homepage and in their service catalog on the room.
