Stunning view, great house, amazing location

Wunderschöne ruhige Lage mit tollem Ausblick über das gesamte Tal, idealer Ausgangspunkt um den Norden der Insel zu erkunden, gut sortierter Supermarkt in São Vicente, modern eingerichtetes neues Haus mit reichlich Platz für 2-4 Personen und allem was man braucht.

Nichts auszusetzen, Piedro konnte uns bei etwaigen Fragen stehts weiterhelfen und aufkommende Probleme zu unserer Zufriedenheit lösen :-)

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful house. The view through the large windows is magnificent: surrounded by mountains and overlooking the sea, it's the perfect place to truly unwind. The house has everything you need for living and relaxing. The kitchen is very well equipped, and there's even a built-in stone barbecue. Piedro was always immediately reachable and gave us great restaurant recommendations. The last stretch of the driveway is steep and feels a bit adventurous the first time – but you quickly get used to it. In return, you get the privilege of having complete privacy. We would have loved to stay longer.

Really lovely views and good location regarding access to seixal. Nice walk to town via a river/lavada walk. 30 min walk to vineyard.

Still very new and probably hence lacking attention to detail. A few broken items (TV screen, sink tap handle) and mouldy item in cupboard. A few hairs in upstairs bathroom. The drive is very steep and off road and it’s challenging to turn around on the drive to then go back down. You have to do a 7 point turn or be confident reversing down.
