We stayed in Casa Candida and liked the view from the terrace very much. We were surrounded by mountains and green. It also felt very secluded, you barely notice the neighbors from the other apartments. The place was easy to reach by car and has a private parking spot for your car. Sao Vicente is a nice little village. Restaurants and supermarket are accessible by foot (a staircase brings you up and down - or a road when going by car - the apartment is located a little up hill) Also we liked the bed and the shower.

At first we missed a door inbetween the sleeping room and living area. We were traveling with young kid and he could notice what we were doing while he had to sleep. However, it all worked out fine in the end. Cleaning could improve. Mainly the kitchen cabinets could be neater, it felt a little sticky and dusty.

Beautiful property! Very spacious. It’s very close to the centre which means you can go out for meals and walks without the need of a car. The swimming pool is a lovely bonus too for cooling off in.

Everything was perfect but more storage space for clothing and luggage would be amazing.

The location is great, car park on the site. I stayed in Casa do Lagar, there was a private garden with beautiful views. Management staff was fast and easy to communicate with!

The apartment I was staying in was really cold, despite the recommendations to leave the air conditioner on and I put it above the recommended +18, it was only +16, the floor also was very cold. It lacks daylight, even during the day and fully open windows needed to switch lights on. Probably fine if you are just coming to sleep, but I was staying in for 3-4 h in the morning to work before going out. Also in the bathroom there is mold in some areas. I do understand that it is very humid in that part of Ireland, but there are solutions to avoid it, especially when you are paying €120+ per night without food.
