Villa Rosa Mare by Homie

Excellent place – truly exceptional. The villa is designed in an elegant and modern style that perfectly complements the Madeiran climate and atmosphere. The spacious living room combined with the kitchen creates a wonderful open area for spending time together. The kitchen is superbly equipped with everything you might need, especially for a large group of people. Each room was spotless and beautifully furnished, and the bathrooms were modern and impeccably clean. Everything was exactly as it should be – well-organized, comfortable, and thoughtfully prepared for guests. A big advantage is the parking. There are convenient spaces in front of the villa, as well as private parking spots secured behind a gate in the courtyard. This is a major benefit on Madeira, where the streets are often narrow and parking on the road can risk scratches to your car. Most importantly – the location. It’s fantastic. The villa offers a view of one of the most beautiful beaches on the island and is within walking distance of it. There is also a shop very close by, as well as nearby restaurants where you can enjoy great meals. Everything you need is right at hand. For the first time ever, I am giving a 10 out of 10 review. I am absolutely delighted with this place and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Madeira.

Huge place, with the most amazing views and beautiful sunrises that wake you up each morning. It’s a freshly renovated house, with an authentic vibe. Fully equipped kitchen - all you need is there and more, enough for 20 people :D. There are many parking spaces on the premises, and the outdoor area is nice for chilling out, with some fresh fruits growing like mangos and avocados. The location is fantastic, close to one of the best beaches in all of Madeira. A small grocery store nearby as well. Recommend!

Expect to see some cockroaches in the bottom floor since it’s right by the street. Unfortunately that’s also part of the Madeira charm.
