Absolutely worst stay.

During my stay, I encountered several issues that made the experience extremely uncomfortable and disappointing. Firstly, the flush tank in the washroom did not have a proper knob. When I reported this to the housekeeping staff, I was informed that a small plastic stick placed above the flush tank had to be used each time to flush, which was both inconvenient and unhygienic. Secondly, the bed allocated to me was highly uncomfortable. The mattress lacked firmness, particularly in the center, and did not provide adequate support. As a result, I was unable to get proper rest throughout my stay. The cleanliness of the washroom was also very poor. Every time I used it, it was dirty and clearly not cleaned on a daily basis. Moreover, there was no hot water available. When I inquired, the housekeeping staff mentioned that the water heater had been damaged by previous guests and had not been replaced — which is completely unacceptable. Lastly, the air-conditioning system was not functioning properly. The control panel was broken, and only the power switch worked. The room remained extremely cold during the day and night, and when we complained, the staff simply turned it off, causing the room to become uncomfortably warm later, especially since four people were sharing the space. Due to this malfunction, my stay was completely unpleasant. To conclude, I paid a premium price for this property, yet my stay was extremely disappointing and lacked even basic comfort. I sincerely request Booking.com to carefully review customer feedback and reconsider listing such properties on your platform to ensure a better experience for future guests.

Terrible Experience – Would Not Recommend!

I had an extremely disappointing stay at this hotel. First, the location was incredibly difficult to find, with poor signage and unclear directions. After finally arriving, I thought I could at least get some rest—only to have the bed completely collapse in the middle of the night! I immediately messaged the host for assistance, but there was no response at all. I was left stranded with a broken bed and no support. This kind of neglect is unacceptable in the hospitality industry. If you’re looking for a stress-free, comfortable stay, I highly recommend looking elsewhere. I won’t be returning!

location and room fellas, at least wifi does work here well

first of all i had to search for this accomodation for more than an hour, it is hided with no people around to know about this accomodation, it was not clean or tidy and I didnt feel good here and i was happy to move on to Dubai

Good Hostel near the Corniche and CBD.

I usually stay here in the weekends. Very clean hostel. It is also quiet. The price is good compared to other hostels in Abu Dhabi. There's always toilet paper. The water is always hot when you need to take a shower. Good air-conditioning. Great location. There are small grocery shops around if you need anything. The corniche is nearby and very good for morning walks aswell as walks during sunset. Capital Park is down the street with lots of activity in the public basketball and football courts. The bus stop is behind the hostel on the opposite side of the road.It can get you to the centre of the CBD and the airport.

Ok for 2 nights out

Not really easy to find the place. Take the A2 bus from the airport to the last stop, right behind the Sofitel. Then cross the street and on the other side of the buildings bar, find the number 5. The place is ok for 2or 3 nights out and Mahmoud is a very cool guy always ready to help you.

Basic accommodation, but overall fine for a short stay

The hostel is in an apartment in a relatively new modern building. It means it is light and the facilities such as AC, hot shower and WiFi worked well. It was easy to book, but the address proved difficult to find. Ask for a more detailed location description through the booking assistant, as the address on booking is just the name of a street. There is no sign. There is a small kitchen with a fridge and a stove where it is possible to cook.

The place was very very cold. Smoking is allowed in the kitchen, which I found disgusting. Toilet paper is not routinely provided. During a two-day stay there was none. The place could be cleaner espeically the kitchen and the bathrooms.
