Solace Urban Bunks

I really liked the bathroom, kitchen, and hallway. They were clean, well maintained, and the floors were nice and shiny. The staff was very accommodating, especially Ms. Fatima. She was friendly, helpful, and easy to approach.

The bed I stayed in was quite uncomfortable. It felt like it was already worn out and might break, and it was also very noisy whenever I moved. The property is advertised as non-smoking, but some of the dormmates I shared the room with were smoking inside the bathroom and kitchen. The cigarette smell would enter the bedroom, which was very uncomfortable, especially for someone who doesn’t smoke. Some of the dormmates were quite messy and untidy. Trash and personal belongings were left in different areas of the room, making the shared space look cluttered. The room could be quite noisy. Some dormmates would open and close the door loudly without considering that other people might be sleeping. The door was also often left open.

Good experience, good value for price, accessible location. Ms. Jean (staff) showed good customer service, friendly & professional.

Location very difficult to find, you have wait anf call the operator for the building, and as traveller doesn't have sim card.. Its was big problem to contact him and send somebody after a while to open the apartment..
