Facility is clean

The poor service I experienced upon arriving at your property this past friday. I arrived at 9:30 PM and, despite being exhausted and needing to rest, I was unable to access the hostel. I attempted to call and message via WhatsApp over 10 times with no response. I was left waiting outside until 10:10 PM, when a resident eventually heard my knocking and let me in. Once inside, the reception area was unattended, and I had to wait until 10:20 PM for a staff member to arrive and provide my room key. This experience was highly unprofessional and distressing. Due to this lack of accountability and respect for guests, I will not be recommending this hostel to others.

Comfortable and good value for money

I stayed during the Abu Dhabi Grand Prix and location is perfect being only 8 minutes away by taxi from the main bus station. A mini grocery store is just accross the building which is really convenient. There’s a lot of options for food and grocery around the area as well. The room is clean, bed is comfortable, you have your own table and chair if you need to work, wardrobe with hanger and mirror. It’s like a hostel type but without having to share the room with anyone. Shared kitchen and bathrooms are always clean. Lochana is very polite and always available. Reshel is quick to reply to your questions.

“PrimeLuxe” is was not in Google Maps so it was a bit of a challenge to relay the location the taxi driver so maybe you can add it for your next guests.

The pictures shown was not at all what was in reality. First of all it was located in a shop lot and it was really smelly filled with foreign nationalities who did not fit the description and the reality of the property. The room door was faulty and I feared for my life and belongings. Booking.com should ban this property as it false advertising. For visitors traveling abroad as me, this was a total let down in terms of time and also money wasted.

Habitación y servicios cómodos pero me dieron una habitación distinta al anuncio

Los baños estaban limpios, me dieron toalla, sandalias, cepillo de dientes en una bolsa sellada, la habitación estaba limpia y la cama era más cómoda que en otras habitaciones que probé en el país.

La foto del anuncio no tiene nada que ver con la habitación que luego me dieron, era más pequeña pero estaba bien por una noche
