About this house rental

Close to sailing, scuba diving, and more, this family-friendly vacation home brings it all within reach. With convenient covered onsite parking, you'll be ready to make the 23-minute drive to Promenade des Anglais or the 14-minute drive to Historic Town Saint-Paul-de-Vence.

After you return to this 1938-sq-ft vacation home, you can unwind by the outdoor pool or sip a drink in the garden; you may also like the deck or patio and outdoor furniture. As for the great indoors, you can try your hand at table tennis, or enjoy the free WiFi, cable/satellite TV, and stereo.

As you settle into this 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom rental, you'll find a living room, a dining area, a sofa bed, and a BBQ grill. Bathroom amenities include a hair dryer, towels, and toilet paper. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, a stovetop, and a refrigerator, as well as a coffee maker, an electric kettle, and an ice maker. Arnaud and his wife were wonderful hosts and the house was very beautiful with all the amenities you could think of! The location was stunning and there were a lot if parcs around where we could walk our dog!

Better than described. Clean, neat, modern property with amazing pool and garden, all on one level. Wonderful hosts met us on arrival, and said farewell just before we left. Lovely mountain views, yet close to historic villages and the coast. Only 30 minutes from Nice airport. Everything we wanted for a perfect month in August 2024.

This is a fantastic, clean, modern luxury property. The hosts were extremely helpful and welcoming. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this property. A car is essential to be able to get food and shopping and to explore the area. Fantastic, 5 stars

We had a fantastic holiday stay at this lovely villa. Everything is there to ensure you are comfortable even down to personalising our Netflix TV access ready for our visit! The kitchen is very modern and great to cook in, the villa is lovely and clean throughout and the large gardens were great for our dogs to run around in. The pool area has plenty of seating and was a perfect setting. The area is beautiful to explore also with great walking and lovely restaurants to visit. All in all we have had the most perfect stay - thank you so much to our lovely hosts!
