About this villa rental

Beautiful contemporary / Provencal villa of 200 m2 completely redone in a green setting exposed south / south-east. Absolute calm.
Scandinavian decoration.
The villa is made up of 4 air conditioned bedrooms with large beds, 3 bathrooms, guest wc, beautiful fitted kitchen, double living room with 2 bay windows opening onto a large terrace with dining table and a relaxation lounge. Beach swimming pool with deckchairs and parasol, a bed in the shade sheltered by a Pergola.
Swimming pool in free form 5m / 12m equipped with an alarm.
The village with its shops, restaurants and cinema is less than 5 minutes by car. Valbonne 10 mins. Sophia-Antipolis, Grasse, St Paul de Vence, Rivers at 20 minutes. Beaches, Cannes, Nice at 30 minutes.
Ideal for children with a pétanque court, basket basket and table tennis table.
Non-smoking house inside.
Rental preferably fortnight.

From the moment we walked into this villa's entrance hall we knew we had picked the right place! It is immaculate and the owners take pride in ensuring the villa is perfectly prepared for their guests. Booking and communications from both Nina and Anaïs were great. The villa was very well equipped. The pool was a particular highlight for our children aged 23, 19 and 15 together with the table tennis and pétanque. Thank you for a wonderful stay x

Such a beautiful place to stay. The gardens and pool are well kept and a very relaxing space. The house is calm, cool and very stylish. Close to Nice, Antibes and Cannes. Local amenities are good. I really cannot recommend it highly enough. Thank you Nina, we would love to return.

We and our five kids had a blast and enjoyed a family vacation we'll never forget. Even though the weather was a bit unstable the first week we had a great time exploring the area and nearby cities. Coming back to this beautiful and peaceful home to relax was perfect. We spent a few days just sunbathing and enjoying the crystal-clear pool. The beds are very good and How the rooms are placed together with a bathroom each it gives some privacy as well, if some alone time is needed.

The villa is one of the best we have stayed at and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it. The location was great, a quiet neighbourhood just a 30 minute drive from Nice. The villa was very clean, the rooms comfortable and well equipped kitchen. We spent most of our time outdoors, the pool area is really lovely. Would definitely come back.

Beautiful property, secluded and private with everything you need. Also a fabulous base to explore surrounding towns, villages and cities. The pool and outdoor areas were stunning and where we spent most of our time when at the villa. All the fixtures and fittings were to a really high spec. My only very small recommendation is that whilst there is air conditioning in the bedrooms which was hugely beneficial at night, although bedroom doors can be left open to encourage a cooler living space, it could have benefited from a fan to move the air round a bit and cool the area down. We spent most of our time outside so this was not a major issue with what was a beautiful home, away from it all in a stunning location. We had a fabulous time as a family, our 1st all family holiday abroad since 2019, and so glad it was here.

We were as a family (2 adults & 2 children) a week in this great house. Striking is the very homely and loving furnishings and high the cleanliness, especially of the pool. We felt extremely comfortable from the first moment. If we have not enjoyed the pool, we have made trips to Nice, Antibes, Grasse or Saint Paul de Vence (very nice). All within 20 to 45 minutes by car. We book vacation homes on a regular basis. This is certainly one of the best we have ever had. We can highly recommend the house unconditionally.

We just spent two weeks at Villa Calvet and we thoroughly enjoyed it. The hostess was very helpful and the villa cozy and practical. Our favorite spot was the outdoors - very charming and spacious. We hope to come back!

The property is really charming and spacious with all immaginable accesories - you immediately feel at home. Lots of space inside and outside - a nice pool and great “hiding” places outside. Even with eight people it never got cowded - we all enjoyed it very much. Will for sure be back!

We have had a wonderful holiday in villa Nina for two years in a row. Villa is very cozy and equipped with every comfort. Outside terrace is ideal for breakfast and a pleasant afternoon and evening meal. The pool is nicely integrated in the garden and is beautifully illuminated at night. There are many beautiful things to do in the area. We will definitely come back to villa Nina. Thanks Nina
